BACKGROUND
Definition of sound mind:complis mentis... means that you are sane, not insane, not affected by illnesses of the brain of any kind, able to make decisions on their own because they are of sound mind and body...

PREMISS 1:if you have a sound mind,you are sane

[/b]Definition of SANE= sensible,reasonable

PREMISS 2:if you have a [b]SOUND mind you are reasonable and sensible.

[/b]PREMISS 3: If you are reasonable,your actions and account of events is sensible.

PREMISS 4: If you are NOT reasonable,[b]your actions and account of event is not sensible

[/b]PREMISS 5: If GEJ says it is normal procedure to change a law before it is changed by parliament,[b]then that account is not sensible.

[/b]PREMISS 6: If GEJ can defend his decision to leave the country when the citizens of his country are being killed by insurgents ,then [b]his

action is not sensible.

PREMISS 7: If GEJ can insinuate that distribution of seed is agricultural revolution,then he is not sensible

PREMISS 8 : If GEJ has never for once as the commander-in-chief of armed forces,visited Maiduguri and Yobe state since the Boko Haram

attack started yet visited his home-state of Bayelsa ( maiduguri,bayelsa,yobe have no airport!) severally,he is not sensible

[/b]PREMISS 9: If GEJ can in his senses,claim that an event such as the setting up of the Ribadu committee in February,2012 took place before

the Federal house of reps started investigating the corrupt oil subsidy mismanagement,then [b]he is NOT SENSIBLE!

PREMISS 10:If GEJ can boldly assert that he does not give a damn about a law that makes it mandatory for him to declare his asset,then

he is not sensible!

[/b]NOW,check Chapter VI of their Constitution. See Sections 143 and 144 about removing the President and Vice-President from office other than through elections”.
“137; 1c: [b]“A person shall not be qualified for election to the office of President if under the law in any part of Nigeria, he is adjudged to be a lunatic or otherwise declared to be of unsound mind.”



PREMISS 11: if GEJ is not sensible,then he is not sane.

PREMISS 12:IF GEJ is not sane,then he is of unsound mind.

CONCLUSION: GEJ is declared to be of unsound mind and not qualified to remain the president of Nigeria!
