I got this email from PayPal this morning and I've been wondering why they have to do this:

New referrals will no longer be tracked. · Bonus accrual will be stopped. Your PayPal account is not impacted in any way

referrals for the period up to 15 September 2012 will be paid to your PayPal account in accordance with the standard 60 day payout cycle. All links you have created will still work and will redirect to a PayPal sign-up page.

However,
