Its simple, if she has does not have up to 15 years experience in the Nigerian Capital Market, she must go!

How was she there in the first place!
She must be blocking some avenues!

This people are just wasting their time. If the house of rep. did not know what to do they should go and rest in their palour. If not because of this woman all this corrupt SEC staff that always instigate customer to collect money from stock broking firm through their backing so that they will share the money could have collapse the market ever since. The reason why their making noise is that all those their brothers that are corrupt in SEC do not have their way since the coming of this Woman. Any body that protest against oteh removal should be sack. Oteh we like you come and sanitize the market for us.

Do you know how many people that were indicted by that report? If Oteh should resign on the bases of administrative lapses then Sanusi should be thrown in Jail for Fraud. These days am taking all these probes and counter probes with a pinch of salt but if you are in doubt ask Otedola and Farcrouk.

You seem not to get the issue here.

The question is:

- Why the recommedation for her removal?

Answer: She does not have the pre-requisite years of experience for that job as stipulated by the constitution.

Not because of any alleged fraud.

Also, in the memo used to recall her by the FG, it was acknowledged that she was guilty of administrative lapse. Moreso, her inability to do the man-management aspect of her job is so obvious. Common, SEC is not a Barbing Saloon where you can get away with administrative lapses and poor man-management without dire consequences. For the leadership of SEC, every mistake counts.

If this woman returns to the NSE, she would be heading a group of saboteurs who will stop at nothing to make sure she fails. That is very bad for SEC and the economy in general.

This "ego war" is only at the detriment of our economy.

CONSIDER THIS SCENERIO

AVB was a winner b4 coming to Chealsea. A good coach no doubt. But his management of players (the big boyz) of chelsea was poor.

What happened next? They sabotaged his efforts. He had poor run of result.

He was removed. And what happened next?

They became Champion of Europe and won the FA Cup. A feat never achieved by the club.

It takes team work to achieve at a level like SEC and if the leadership for whatever reason looses the co-operation of the majority of the workforce, NA DISASTER OH. They should replace her with another competent person who will sanitize the place in a mature manner.[b][/b]
