I want to point out that the 2.0L of the 08 has good fuel economy though under powered but will do well if you are not heavy footed. However, its engine is the most expensive.

Nope

Slightly cheaper than 2.4 engine, as for the fuel economy, on point

Thanks a lot bro

luvinhubby:

Go for the 08 Accord that's on your mind, 2.4 or 2.0 engine preferably. Just stick to a regimented maintenance schedule with appropriate parts and fluids and can guarantee you absolutely nothing to worry about.

Thanks. I'll keep that in mind

Dont feel safe. A new chinko ball joint worst that a delapidated OEM ball joint. The chinko ball joint has a tendency of either breaking or pulling out without any warning signs.

Check your power steering oil containers, it's often neglected by car owners & technicians. When dirty, it pushes dirt into the pump causing damage and failure.
More tips coming.

Quick question.?

So, I woke up with an issue as I have a decision to make. I have an hoNDA civic 2007 with no issues but then an offer to purchase an Acura Mdx 2003 came up. The acura is super clean and spotless but has a gearbox issue even though its drivable but could break down at any time. My civic just needs a new spray (40k) and maybe servicing of the front legs (not more than 14k).

The offer is to drop my civic and add a 100k for the acura owning to the fact that I would fix the gearbox issue myself (cost about 150k asides workmanship). Do u think it's a good idea or I should stick to my 2007 HoNDA Civic?
Re: Maintenance Tips For Honda Cars by winner915: 9:23am On Jul 27, 2019

If u insist u Wana trade it in, then do so employing a sound and objective business acumen.....
