grin I hope its going to be realistic and not that one govt. official is waiting to loot such money. Since pension fund(hard earned money) can be looted by just 3ppl, let alone money that is not justifiable.

Another useless scheme to siphon money.
Equip hospitals well
Pay health workers their due
and then give free treatment worth 5,000. That will be a morer sensible thing to do.
Just wait, all of a sudden, you'll soon start seeing ''ghost pregnancies'' collecting money.

"Only 40% of pregnant ladies gives birth in registered hospital in nigeria" >>> Prof. Angela Makolo.

The 40% hospital attendance of pregnant women accounts largely for the high maternal mortality rate

Government is trying to increase the "40%" , BUT going about it the wrong way.

Another palpable evidence of confused government. Of all problems of healthcare delivery in Nigeria, this is the solution they found. Nonsense, Nigeria will turn to India and China in terms of over-population.

The 5000 naira is so senseless.

When in lagos general hospitals, you pay almost 30,000 naira for registration and delivery.

why not reduce the amount.

Government are full of deceit sha.
