My opinion, land documents is not a strong home tie because this can easily be sold, Family and Businesses/Jobs are stronger ties.
Besides what is your relationship with the owner of the land? Presenting a deed of gift shortly before applying for a UK visit visa seems all too sudden.

Talk about your situation abit more, are you working or have a business? Is you finances clear and can you sponsor your trip?

No-one can tell you what the ECO will accept or not.

My opinion again,others will advise

GM family.... I have a land doc that doesn't carry my name I intend to use this property as a home tie, can I draft a "Deed of gift" letter in my name and attach to it?

you may also need an introduction letter from the company
ensure that the company has an active CAC PROFILE
if possible add the company statement of account if you can have access to it

Please help me look into this matter , based on the screenshot, application can be sent by mail or drop with original docs as it serves as a proof of appointment too. The question I want ask be say appointment is Monday 28 and I choose courier option, if I don’t go in person on Monday and I send it through courier, I don’t think the embassy will have it on Monday , let’s say it arrives on Tuesday or Wednesday, will the embassy accept it frm dhl courier?

What are you looking for permanently?
I didn’t stay permanent. I can only share my experience on child birth.
I don’t intend living anywhere else aside naija. We do the documents for the babies/kids.
I am sure there’s a thread about relocation permanently to Brasil.

2.5m is enough to apply for as a tourist.
But I don’t know if that’s enough for you to survive in São Paulo.
Depending on how many months you are spending though.
I spent over 4 months, and because I didn’t carry anything with me… I bought all my baby things there.
If you aren’t staying long, and you are carrying your things from Nigeria… 2.5m should be more than enough for you.

I visited the embassy on the 18th of Dec last year to submit my application, but they were closed. Those ppl closed 16th.
As at then, I wasn’t showing atall… was only 3 months pregnant.
So I travelled for Christmas , and returned 2nd of January… to submit my application on the 3rd.
It was their first day of resumption!
Na me open door sef. The security was surprised.
I was told to wait outside till they resume.
