Mine was in Secondary school SS2 precisely. Our economic teacher asked the whole class to buy a textbook. Most of us went to the market in search of the textbook bt it was scarce. The only person that got the textbook told us his mum got it for him in faraway place. So our economic teacher conclude we must bring #750 for the textbook(he gave us just a week). Most of us(except 5 student) compiled because we know how wicked he was. After about a week plus, he brought the book and the 5 studentz that didn't pay for the book collect 5 strokes of cain each on the back(imagine how painful it is). After the strokes of cain, they were all crying, we tried comforting them. I raised my voice in the class and said ''this is barbarous, the teacher ought to flog their parents whom didn't compile and not the students'' I never knew the teacher was at the door step, he heard everything I said. That was how the teacher counted the 5 students and gave me their strokes each(25 strokes). I beared the cain I didn't cry because They call me Iron man during my School days. When I got home I pull off my clothes I used the mirror and looked at my back. I cried the cry of a life time. Suprisely I came to school the next day, 3 of the victim didn't come. One of the victim brought his mom to school self. |

Okay, The first man have 50% probability of getting the right answer, Since there are 2white caps and 2black caps. If he look at man2 and Man3 and they're wearing same cap then his own cap is the opposite bt if they wearing different cap, then he have 50% probability of getting the right answer. Man 3&4 are the same, since they can't see anybody. So their fates depends on the first man, if the first man get it right then the 2nd man would sure get it right also and so the 3rd and 4th man. |

I want to thank the almight God for his mercies throughout this month, 2weeks ago I travelled from Lagos to Aba in Abia for my Abia state polytechnic exam, even though our Bus got to Aba very Late in the night, I still thank God for his protection, for shielding me, and for making me invisible in the eyes of the enemy. I also travelled from Umuahia to Imo state twice without harm. Presently am in Lagos. I also want to thank God for my family for everyday is a testimony for us, For the breath of Life, for his provision, for his protection, for his mercy and guidance and for everything he has done and yet to do. May his Holy name be high exalted in the Might name of Jesus Amen |

okikiosibodu: You are so correct that right now I feel like giving you a reward for that. The day I made up my mind never to go for an interview again without running a check on location online and the invite on Google (esp Niaraland)... Was the day I attended the last one. I have been attending many but never passed if like I was for the last one. I had used my last cash for dry cleaning (I didn't trust my ironing skills again cos I was desperate for a job haven't stay at home for almost a year after NYSC). I got to the venue in time and 8 saw a guy come in wit palm slippers, 3-quarter jeans, and armless t shirt and a face cap and was even allowed it... That got me thinking but I felt maybe had connections. Cut the long story short. I was sifted for about 3 hrs listening to a talk that had neither head nor tail. The woman was talking about how all the rich people in the world are entrepreneurs, how the goods she bought wit her life savings were confiscated by customs and how she bribed them and stil didn't release it, etc. The boiling me was wondering it's correlation wit the advertised job. After about 3 patient hours (I was optimistic that all this was a test of our patience to select suitable candidates.... No b my fault, I was bored of home), I asked myself..... If I was asked to summarize this last 3hrs, what wil I say? I couldn't ans that question, and that was when I make up my mind never to make that mistake again. They never said what they do, or what we are to do... All they kept hammering is "you need to obtain a license and it 8s very important... It can open doors for you... ' Person wey never get job, you dey shout make e bring 20k bros sorry ooo, Hoped you have gotten a better Job, like you said earlier you would never go for any interview except you google about the company especially here on Nairaland(the feeling is so mutual) I have fallen into GNLD trap 3-4times bt I have not paid them #5. |
