am so so sorry if was been rude. The problems aren't from your explanation, I think its from the person that upgraded the system, he didn't drive the system. I took it to another engineer and he explain some mistake the first engineer made

Right-click on your desktop ( it will bring up a menu). Choose "personalize". In the next menu, look at your bottom left of screen and you will see display, task bar and navigation. Click on display. In the next menu, look at the upper left side of your screen, u will see adjust "screen brightness".Click it .In the next menu, look down and you will see screen brightness. Use your mouse to move the bar either left or right.
