This is so true, i had an issue with failed POS transaction without immediate reversal with Stanbic IBTC, and i went to thier branch and the CC rep told me the transaction was successful and i should go and met the POS merchant. I called thier CC line, and they told me why did i bother to go to thier branch, that i should simply send the failed transaction receipt via Email and just like that within 2 days, i was refunded.

Standard Chartered Bank and Stanbic IBTC are both totally different banks sir!

I guess everyone has their own issues, peoples experiences could differ, my experience with them has been lit, except that period CBN limited naira and it was hard to get money, and they had bank network issues, when if you transfer it, takes time befr it gets to the receivers account. Now everything is resolved, if i make any transfer the receiver receives the money within seconds, no be cap.

Their services are top notch, i guess it's because they are an international bank, they are almost everywhere in the world.

That's too good to be true for this 9ja wy we dy, lastly, if over the counter naira cash value is what's to be used to credit your dollar account, why not take the equivalent of the money from your naira account, why go to the bank with thesame physical naira?

Bro that's their policy, i once asked them, why don't i just transfer the money from my account to my dollar account instead of going to a branch, they said it's their Policy, i guess you must come with physical naira to make the exchange there with the people in charge of that one.

Again, i own a dollar card with them, a physical gold dollar card, all you have to do to get it is get two reference and apply for it, download the form, your two reference, should put their full details and sign, you upload it back and finish up the registration. All registration is done in their app.

You then apply for the card, after that it will be sent to your home address, you can use the money in side to pay for any local POS or ATM, u recently received money in it from Payoneer.

They don't charge you a dime for any transactions

Because you have to go deposit the money in to your dollar account in any of their branch, they will collect your naira and convert it to dollar and deopist it to your Dom account, they don't charge you shi shi for anything, let me tell you the truth every other bank dom account na bullshit for nigeria here. If you have opportunity to use standard Chartered Bank, use them you no go regret am. Everything is free no charges, no annual charges.

You see any package that is shipped by AliExpress standard shipping, or AliExpress selection standard or those 3 in 1 orders, those are usually trackable and registered packages. Those packages will definitely reach you if there are no problems along the way. Most likely speedaf home delivery.

The problem is with unregistered packages with free shipping. Some may land in post office which is very good cos you'll pick it up yourself. While some will get to speedaf. Na where problem dey start be that.

For such unregistered packages, they MIGHT call you to come pickup at a specific location which is also fair. They may also send a mail telling you to come pickup at their office or schedule home delivery for 400 naira. But sometimes, their office is too far from your location and the trip may not be worth it for small items. You may need to forfeit the order if the cost of pickup is more then the item.

This happened to me last year for 2 orders like that.

Also from my experience, that 400 naira home delivery na scam. They don't even honour they option.

Since the lockdown order was given and I returned to my village in Oka Akoko, Ondo state, I have been a constant visitor to my brother's farm where I assist on the daily with his farm produce.

Bro Segun is majorly a cassava farmer as he produces garri in large quantities, but he also has another farm where he rears livestock.

On Tuesday around 2pm,during one of the usual visits to the farm, something strange happened which left me dazed.

I discovered that at the bird section, the chickens were making much noise than usual. So I proceed to the location to see what was going on and behold I saw 6 chickens lifeless on the floor.

Puzzled as to why the chicken died, I called the attention of my uncle to it, who said probably an infection has found its way into the farm and the birds are infected. So he ordered that I pick up the birds and set them on fire.

I was about picking up the 3rd bird when I saw something creeping out, initially I thought it was a frog, but after watching closely I discovered that it was a snake, or should I say frog-snake because I'm really confused on what the strange creature is.

Very strange! How can a snake have a hand and head of a frog. While lost in thought how possible it was for such specie of snake to exist, it then occurs to me that the snake was responsible for the noise and the dead chickens found on the floor.

I was too scared to even make attempts of killing it. But at the same time, I could not help but marvel at the sight of the uncommon creature.

Despite being scared, I followed it around in order to get a perfect view and snapshot which is shared in this article.

If not for my exposure, this creature would have been attributed to an attack from the 'witches' of my village.Smiles!
