d ppa is neva a problem: teachin, local govt or ministry as long as u're posted to a gud area. d pay is stil dsame. if u get a priv schl, u can also be paid d same amount dat d govt pays. d area u get matters most some villages in dat state beats a scary movie. no jokes.
as postin area, i know of emene. mehn, d roads ar gud and dey get at least 23hrs electricity EVERYDAY. i can swear wit my uncle's life (uncle t-stone). 70% of dat state gets steady power supply, but i'm not familiar wit d names of places cuz emene was my main base.

Jigga is really d smartest n realest street-to-rap hustler ever in d game. D streets embrace him cuz he paints a vivid picture of d hoodlife n he still delivers street-wisdom n blueprints dat cud get a smart soldier outta d hood. Jigga speaks d mind of a hustler n personally i bin thru almost evrytin he went thru b4 makin millz. I followed evry jigga line. Not 2 brag, but i got minez from d streetz like jigga. i used to spend alot of break/holz time in enugu durin ma skool days. i know 4 sure dat most places have steady electricity. its a good choice. uyo is also nice, but u need 2 runs ur ppa 2 get a nice area.
