To start with, South West and South East have not been playing same politics for decades. South East as a region is not part of where Apc is expecting much votes from . That the Igbo's won't vote for president Tinubu in 2027 , won't be surprising after all Buhari won twice without South East votes, President did already in his first term.

Currently South South is having a good relationship with South West which the benefits are mutual, so if you are talking about South not in line with president Tinubu, you can only be talking about South East .

So all the South South and North Central governors are now in Apc, 32 in total out of 36 states in Apc.

Please , what do you people know in South East that other regions don't have a clue about?

You need anything above N30m to get it. Forget the normal process except if you want to spend years to get it

Considering how money flow in Nigeria, our purchasing power not really by population but what people can afford like Iphone for example. The way they use Iphone in Nigeria is actually weird compared to other countries.

The average of people using Iphone in Nigeria, how did they get the money to buy it without having something tangible generating income?
