Well I can't believe people still earn 85k salary. This is 2024 and no one should earn less than 200k in this current inflation. |
Sean Dych instructed his players to strictly defend and pack the bus against Arsenal 2 weeks ago. It's will be the same strategy with Chelsea. They know they can't get a win but will choose to sit at the back and block all pockets and loops holes. Jordan Pickford is another professional time waster, he is so good at running down time with the ball. Then they will rely on set pieces or corner to get a goal. I just hope Maresca is aware of this. |
Please don't listen to naysayers and persimistic commenters. Things are expensive due to inflation but in times of inflation, you spend first before you save because when you save first; whatever you intend to buy doubles or triple in price the next month and your saved money loses value in the bank. Start with that 1 million, provided you have another money to cover your first shop rent excluding the 1 million. |
DenreleDave:first day means, the first day she sees her period and last day means, the day means, the last day she sees her period flow (spotting not inclusive) which could be the 3rd day, for some women, 4th day, for some women 5th day. |
I am currently unmarried but my method has never failed me. Be careful on how to use this method and your partner has to be onboard because, you need her to constantly give you update about her circle (when she sees her period and when it stops.) First of all; know how many days her full circle is. (From Day 1 to the last day.) Some girls has shorter cycle, some has longer while some has irregular circle. Girls with 26 days and less are considered short circles, girl with 27-30 days are considered normal circle, girls with 31 days and above falls into the category of long and irregular circles. So do your due diligence to familiarize yourself with her circle. Study her for at least 3 months/3 circle. Secondly: when you know her circle, she should tell you when she begins her period and the day she sees last flow ( I said last flow NOT spotting ooo), after her last flow, you can have raw sex with her for 7 days after her last flow. Thirdly: count back from her day 1, (day1 was the day she first saw her period), then count to day 14. Day 14 is usually her most fertile day during ovulation, DO NOT ATTEMPT to have sex with her 3 days before day 14 and 3 days after day 14. Then after Day 17, wait for another 5 days to begin raw sex with her. If you practice according to this strategy, NO unplanned pregnancy will occur. The only disadvantage of the strategy is; you don't get to have sex often but it works. If you want constant sex, then strap up with a condom. |
Nice one Otedola. This is boss move (Roman Abramovic Style). The bank has recapitalization to deal with and to meet up with CBN deadline, but you wasting fund for a send-off party on a staff who was forced to resign over 60 billion electronic fraud. You too will eventually be forced to resign. That's incompetency, mismanagement and misplaced priority. |
This is fake news. You should know that mod. |

Hack to live as a Nigerian in Nigeria. We all know Nigeria inflation is rapidly turning to hyper inflation but as the economy woes bites harder, every one feels the impact; like the popular cliche, "when it rains, we all get wet." However, not everyone is totally subjected to the negative effects of the persistent inflation — it is not because they have millions in the bank or steady cash flow, but thier strategy is to live prudently on a budget and untilize scare resource efficiently. Below are how to live prudently during Inflation: 1 - Live on a budget. 2 - Be a minimalist after making your budget. For instance: sometimes purposely go to bed hungry eventhough you can afford dinner but feed the kid(s) if your have any. 3 - Buy foodstuffs in bulk; failure to do this. You will always pay "Poverty Tax". That little increment you notice when buying food stuff as you go is regarded as poverty tax. 4 - Reduce the use of electricity by putting on heavily home appliances at night only. Kill the bulb during the day. It would be wise to get solar, the size/capacity you can afford. 5 - Avoid black tax — Those money that family and friends call you for and you never get back are regarded as black tax. 6 - Never appear to live better than you neighbors. If you do, hide everything you bring to the house till it's inside your house before you unbox. 7 - When people around you complain about finances, join them to complain too and inflate your problems to make it seem theirs is still better. 8 - If you own a car, you don't need to take it every where. Sometimes it cheaper to pay for transportation than spend excessively to buy fuel to cover the same distance. 9 - Reduce the risk of falling ill by always taking things that fight off infections before your immune system gets overwhelmed and full blown sickness appears. For instance — eating garlic weekly helps or blending tumeric, Ginger and cloves helps. Doing this will save you money. I haven't had malaria/fever in years 10 - Never leave your money in the bank, especially in the period of inflation. No matter how small it is. Invest in whatever gives you compound interest NOT simple interest. 11 - Switch your Dstv decoder to Android box or Fire stick. Monitor your data consumption when using Android box. If you can afford data, another option is to go for free to air dish/decoder. No need for data when you get free to air decoder/dish. 12 - No matter how old you are, try learn any online skill that will enable you earn in foreign currency as a side hustle. 13 - You are danger if your folks/friends senses you to have money. Always deny. |

ernie4life:in a nutshell, diversify your portfolio and invest using stable currency. That said, it's been a long time you came around here. Trust you doing good. I can remember your active days on this thread back in 2018 — your tips and insights were what got me started on MMF back then and I am thankful for that till this day. Warm regards to family. |
There is an alternative which is solar power. My best guess is those requesting disconnection intends to go the solar route because fuel is expensive as well. It will only cost them inverter, battery and solar panel fee. Sun is free and it will remain free and inexhaustible. If Nigeria was a functional country, we would have at least one NUCLEAR POWER plant. How? Sign a deal with Russian so they help us build it for free, Grant them license to run the operation of the power plant commercially till they recoup their money plus profit and hand over the power plant to Federal Government. Ghana is thinking in that direction now. While us giant of Africa by GDP can't think in that direction. |
Even me reading this. This hurts me to my bone. Money clearly wasn't an issue here, the issue here is due to the doctors on strike for failure of FG to meet their demands. My heart bleed for the family, but this sort of strike shouldn't be happening in a country of 270 plus population. It's bad enough that the health system is substandard but doctors going on strike is synonymous to police going on strike. If not for anything, now I know why most people who already made it Nigeria still Japa. |
This is the right call. A private airstrip is tantamount to unchecked power to single person. How can one man control a major 'exit and entry point' in a country of 250 plus million population? Regardless of the religion reason for doing it (easy transportation). According to "game theory", you can't predict human behavior in certain situations or conditions all the time. The owner of the airstrip might begin to secretly use it for commercial purposes with little or no checks on who or what is taking out on who or what is coming in. That's very risky in an insecure place like Nigeria where corruption thrives. |
Man and power. Give a man power and watch him unmask his true identity. Power corrupts. |
Love800:Treasury bond is you borrowing money to government for Long term, Treasury bills is you borrowing government for short term, Mutual fund is you polling the money with other investors to buy government Treasury bills. |
diamond68:stop the fearmongering sir. The risk to mutual fund is extremely low that no default has never happened since when it began. It's for low risk appetite investors. You saying mutual fund is risky is more like saying government Treasury bond or bill is risky. The only risk to to mutual fund is the same risk Treasury bill posseses and that is if the Federal government stops servicing it's local debt which is not possible because every government worker has to collect their salary so government must pay. In a nutshell: Mutual fund or Treasury bill will only fail when a government goes broke due to Zimbabwe type inflation or the county ceases to exist due to war. |

Midlifecrysys74:For basic living (nothing extravegant) with lots of resources to be managed and still have spare money as miscellaneous. A single male - 300k A single female - 400k Family of 3 - (A man, wife and kid) 400k- 600k Family of 4 - (A man, wife and two kids) 500k - 700k Family of 5 - (A man, wife and three kids) 500k - 850k These are for basic spending if managed well. Savings and miscellaneous will come out of it. |
This persistent rise of bonds only means one thing; uncontrollable inflation. As much as the news is portraying it to be, this is not a significant drop. May we not reach the level of Zimbabwe where our currency decline and devalue till the extent of buying bread with one million naira. |
Ebubu:Nigeria has no ethnicity history. It started as a company, then amalgamation, then regional government before it was turned to federalism with the seat of power concentrated in Aso Rock (previously in Lagos). Regional government was what Ojukwu kept insisting on — hence the reason for Biafra. Basically, Nigeria is a man-made country not a natural country with one or similar descendants |
HIGHESTPOPORI:I honestly don't know how to go about that. This was the reply sent to me after I had complained to their customer support about my unsuccessful ID verification.

House, Do bitpay still accept Nigerians? If Yes, My application just got denied after I used NIN to want to verify. |
Jimneighbour:go park this your domain (terracurve). It's hot cake. Hot enough to generate good ad click. |
I am a Chelsea fan. I think the way Chelsea has handled this transfer issue with Oshimen is too disrespectful. If Oshimen was white, he wouldn't have been treated this way being priced down and under valued — loaning a top striker like Osimhen with option to buy and re-negotiate a reduced wage is not fair enough deal for him. What if they Chelsea decide not to sign him after the loan? The implication for that is, his market value will greatly diminish. Osimhen too is somehow too greedy, not compromising enough to accept Chelsea's contract due to reduced wage indicates he is in the business of football to make that money and not for the love/passion of the game. |
gentlekeny:Chief, what site is this you parking it at? Modified Never mind, you have already answered the question above to a different user. My next question is; how much do you make averagely from all Domains in your portfolio? |
As at today 18th August 2024, Only the uninformed urbanites are the once who still pay DSTV subscription, when you can watch just about anything or match via smart TV or Android box. |
kernniejay:human too don't benefit the Earth even the Universe is hostile to you and trying to kill you. The moment you leave Earth; you won't survive 5 hours in outer space. |
Not the first in Nigeria. Car45 did similar things till they became irrelevant due to dishonest Nigerians selling their poorly maintained and abused car on the site. |
