Health › Re: No End In Sight To My Medical Problems; I Might Be Dying Slowly by aAK1(m): 4:43pm On Jul 02, 2017 |
CrescentMoon: The first time I became aware of me falling sick was in 2007. I was 26 at the time. Since then it has been a myriad of medical troubles.
It has been cycles of malaria, bacterial infections, disc problems and headache. Every night, I take drugs before I could be able to sleep. I always have antimalarials, antibiotics, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and muscle relaxants handy. If malaria symptoms occur, I would take antimalarials and there would be improvement within minutes. And would then complete the dosage in 3 days. By fourth day, symptoms of bacteria infection would occur; I would take ciprofloxacin and get relieved within minutes. Once I complete the dosage, headache would strike, and once aspirin is taken, I get well. But I would keep repeating aspirin every night until gastric ulceration sets in. I would then buy omeprasole and cimetidine to treat ulcer. While ulcer treatment is ongoing, malaria would strike again, and I would take antimalarials. If antimalarials don't work, I would know that the symptoms are bacterial and take antibiotic. If there is no relief, I would combine antimalarials and antibiotic and there would be a relief. It has been like this since 2007. I don't go to hospital again because I have grown to know these symptoms and what doctors would prescribe.
For the past 2 weeks, I have been battling 'herniated disc' problem in my lower back. It started the day I bent down suddenly and I heard a snapping sound at my back bone. I started using norflex, calcium supplement and diclofenac. I feel mild relief because I can't stop my daily hustle to rest while the disc heals. If I dont work in a day, I won't eat or pay bills.
Note that I undergo HIV test almost weekly.
How do the poor tackle medical problems in this hellhole of a country?
Lalasticlala, please help me move this to fp. your case sounds just like what i went trough. the solution was a total lifestyle change. first i let go of the drugs(antibiotics especially) switched to herbs, stoped drinking just any kind of water,(bottled water only) washed every fruit with salt, slept on time etc and by Gods grace i am back in form |

kings20: You need at least about 50 of dose big cylinders A weight machine to check d size of ur customers cylinders before and after filling A calculator Two cylinder filling pipe and tap
a lot more other things
u need to have a huge capital to go in especially with current sky rocking prices thanks. But I see a lot of people around abuja selling gas with way less than 50 cylinders. Infant, the guy I buy from operates his business under a tree with only a few cylinders and a few accessories he sells. That guys set up can't be more than 300k |

Plutusgas: If u will running d business ursef. You probably need to go learn how to fill d cylinders. That is how to transfer d gas from your cylinder to that of your customers. This is very important, so dat you dont waste your gas, coz gas any little carelessness. E don loss b dat. Also honesty is important. Do not cut corners by under filling customers cylinders. They will run once de notice this. thanks ive actually been searching online for measurement and transfer devices that will make it easier and safer |

Plutusgas: If what u want is a small retail shop. I need to ask, are u going to b in charge or u will put some one to over see the business for u. Depending on cost of rent for the shop. With 1million or a little less. u shd b fine to keep ds off. Just identify a gasplant and purchase from them. N den resell. You need to buy cylinders, weighing scale, re fill hose etc. my business at the moment is very flexible so i wont mind attending to it my self. |
