What where the evidences resented,cause I heard its a two count charge....what are the existing laws as it concerns terrorism. What are the existing laws and what are our law makers doing to update the laws we have.....I find it nauseating when there is an issue and the next name we hear or see is GEJ. How many defenders came before Justice Ademola in last 5 years, most still sitting in jail awaiting a court date. Yet Justice Ademola has not struck out the cases for want of diligent prosecution. Somehow, he has the temerity to dump this case within 4 months. A mass murderer, brought back to Nigeria, after he fled the country.

We joke with ourselves in this country, pretending to stand for something, when most of us truly stand for nothing. Only in Nigeria will a judge allow such a defendant walk, without hearing a single evidence about his crime. In such a high profile case.

I will never commend an act of indiscipline. What is wrong is wrong. Two wrongs can't make one right. Howcome no one is considering that the senate president was also delayed by the police for about an hour before he was eventually allowed in?
