Foreign Affairs › Re: Iran Strikes Hospital In Southern Israel, Extensive Damage Reported (Photos) by Abagworo(m): 8:29am On Jun 19, 2025 |
Botragelad: No, just like Iran is doing. How many Israeli military officials have they actually taken out with all their airstrikes? 🙄
Now, compare that to Iran's end. You can never know the casualties on Israeli side cause they are making it extremely secretive but the war has hit Israel harder and has lasted longer than they envisaged prior to their surprise attack on Iran. If it was easy for Israel Trump wouldn't have involved US. |

Foreign Affairs › Re: Iran Will Never Be Allowed To Have A Nuclear Weapon - G7 Leaders by Abagworo(m): 10:25am On Jun 17, 2025 |
marv1: You are not correct at all, Sadam and Gadaffi never caused religion terrorism. Stop giving excuse for terrorism. But Iran has been the source of terrorism hiding other nations. If they are allowed to do whatever they like , they want to take over the whole world with their violent religion. Turkey was never a Muslim nation until they took over Turkey and killed everyone against their religion and today turkey is a Muslim nation. The whole world can not keep quiet while some people wants to use their religion to oppress others. God forbid. Some of their Iranian believers and fellowers are also in Nigeria causing serious damage and killing people at will in the north and middle belt and taking their lands. You must be born 2010 not to know that it was exactly same false accusation of sponsoring terrorism and acquisition of nuclear weapon that made the West destroy Iraq and Libya. The whole scenario was exactly as it is happening today in Iran. https://georgewbush-whitehouse.archives.gov/infocus/iraq/decade/sect5.htmlhttps://www.pbs.org/wgbh/frontline/article/muammar-qaddafi-and-libyas-legacy-of-terrorism/

madridguy: You guys cannot contribute to international events objectively rather than being emotional. So are you saying there's no peace in Iran right now? Try and emancipate yourself from mental slavery...
The same card was played with Saddam Husseini of Iraq, has Iraq been peaceful since Saddam was killed? If you're still a baby during Saddam era are you also a kid in 2011 when Ghaddaffi was killed with same excuse?
Ever since the fall of Ghadaffi Nigeria and other countries in Sahel region have never sleep with our two eyes closed.
Or you think whatever that happens there won't reach here? You go learn with time. Many of these people are children who believe in whatever their eyes are fed as the truth. I remember how people like them attacked Obasanjo when he warned that forceful removal of Ghadaffi would jeopardise the security of Africa especially our own Nigeria. They somehow believed Ghadaffi was sponsoring terrorists whereas France was the culprit as proven by recent events in Burkina Faso. |

It's always easier said than done. Watching football on your screen you get full view of the lapses in both teams and believe you would easily outplay those playing until you enter the pitch. It happened to Buhari the almighty General and is presently dealing with Tinubu the almighty Jagaban so to me Obi will only try but cannot solve it in years. |

Food › Re: Where Did Garri Originate From? by Abagworo(m): 7:26pm On Jun 13, 2025 |
2mch: No. Africans formulated their own way to use Cassava. Because they already had other tubers that they use for swallow like Amala. So they are experienced in turning roots into powder. Which is how Garri came about. Garri only exists in Brazil outside of West Africa. There’s a reason for that. The Garri specie with also got is poisonous compared to other countries like even Ghana. They can boil their own cassava and eat. We cannot do that. So, lives will have even been lost before we figured out the correct and right balance to process the cassava we got. Europeans sort easy crop for slaves and found it in Cassava. Most traditional Igbo conservatives eat only yam and cocoyam. It was described as "Nri Ohu" which translated to food for slaves |
Food › Re: Where Did Garri Originate From? by Abagworo(m): 4:09pm On Jun 13, 2025 |
It was the Europeans that created cassava and garri for slaves. In my lineage we've never tasted cassava and one other fake yam called Ona in Igbo because they're considered slave food and we never surrendered to slavery. In modern day people may not know since most people are now disconnected from their history. |

Gustavowhite: The Olukumi shit can’t work, they are already acculturated by their Igbo neigbours and remember their land is not contigous to Yoruba land, except Yoruba will move them from their ancestral land and near to Yorubaland That's how people misbehave as a result of Igbo benevolence. They migrated from Owo and were accomodated by Aniocha people with full citizenship rights and autonomy of existence. Hopefully they will not now claim the autochthonous Aniocha people are migrants. |

These are hunters ammunition for pump action and double barrel not military grade. When I was younger it used to be sold by licensed arms dealers and I don't know if it's still same presently. If the guy is licensed then he smuggled it to reduce his customs duties and linking this to IPOB or any militant group is nonsensical cause those their AK 47, GPMG and Anti-aircraft cannot use these. |
