Great, but the question is, will it be well utilized by Hope Uzodinma? Anything that is of APC looks like anti-success to me.
APC is allergic to success and progress. The only thing APC is good at is preparing for the next election.

What brought about Uzodinma and APC to this? Was it not APC federal government that allowed the success of the project?

Kudos to Prof Nnaji
and Abians. We really applaud that and we want even a massive one in the SW.
The issue here is the topic and some of you calling out the SW.
Ibadan city is more developed than the entire Igboland.
Somebody called out Ogbomoso.
Ogbomoso Is even more developed than Umuahia.
Post video of Umuahia.
This is Ogbomoso:

Ogbomosho is slightly larger than Umuahia but not as modern as Umuahia. Sometimes size is not equivalent to development

Objectivist04:

. though you are a tibalist, you are spot-on on this, you hardly see a south eastern governor building a wide dual carriage road except Umahi and Chime , what they mostly construct is single lane. Anambra is the worst as none of their governors past and present ever constructed what can be described as a high way except Peter Obi who did federal highway from umunya to Onitsha head bridge and was reimbursed . All they built are tiny single lane roads all over the places.
But in all I think Easter roads have improved significantly.

The Governor that built the widest roads is Okorocha not Chime or Umahi. Owerri is enjoying it now

Africa is very underdeveloped... This is not a city to me but a town,na only small way he take better than a slum.

Few unstructured and decayed houses, snap from afar is what you are celebrating.

If you snap this with unfilter camera and not with drone....You will see how dirty it is and how Dusty the roads are

It's not dirty and dusty like you believe but it's not developed like Abuja and Lagos with skyscrapers

Nigerians have a habit of denying credits of achievement to who they dislike for other personal reasons. What Ikpeazu did for Abia is what Otti is using to get praises.

Government must deal with profiteering cause they are the ones getting the bad name. There's no reason for noodles to rise from 50 Naira a year ago to 400 cause Dollar has not reached 4000.

It was FG thst started this dollarization of commodity prices and then floated Naira . Now everyone fix price of goods based on exchange rate but Naira is undervalued. The real value of Naira is around 750 to a Dollar

I believe Binance was proscribed under Mr Buhari or am I wrong.

If they're operating illegally here, the 2 and any other persons working for Binance in this country should be investigated and charged if their actions constitute an offence under the law of thos land.

Absolutely no exemption from charges for any foreigner amongst them.

The ban was lifted by Tinubu government to the joy of the ignorants.

When I was hammering the fact that Emefiele understood the Nigerian economy better and tried in arresting the shocks of Recession and COVID-19 many thought it was a mere assumption. Everything Emefiele did if sustained would have prevented the fall of Naira even after removal of subsidy. The cashless policy remains a very important strategy that must be implemented as soon as possible to end insecurity and inflation.

CBN Governor, Olayemi Cardoso

CBN lifts ban on cryptocurrency transactions
Ex-CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele, had announced restriction on cryptocurrency transactions due to the money laundering and terrorism risks they posed.
ByAgency Report December 23, 2023 Reading Time: 1 min read
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has lifted the ban it imposed two years ago on cryptocurrency transactions in the Nigerian banking system.

The CBN announced the reversal of the policy in a circular by Haruna Mustapha, its director in charge of financial policy and regulation.

Mr Mustapha said the apex bank would now provide regulations for financial institutions on how to manage cryptocurrency to avoid misuse.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) recalls that the CBN issued a circular in February 2021 restricting banks and other financial institutions from operating accounts for cryptocurrency service providers.

FIRS
The then CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele, had announced that the restriction was necessary in view of the money laundering and terrorism financing risks posed by cryptocurrency.

Mr Emefiele also said the vulnerability inherent in cryptocurrency operations, as well as the absence of regulation and consumer protection measures were also responsible for the policy.

According to Mr Mustapha, current global trends have shown that there is need to regulate the activities of Virtual Assets Service Providers (VASPs) which include cryptocurrencies and crypto assets.

I wonder what made Cardoso lift the ban in the first place

What are the establishments on these two opposing vast empty lands? Churches or schools? Otti's roads are not standard roads by my definition compared with Ikpeazu. Open gutters and no sidewalks should never be seen as normal.

If we truly want to make the best out of the oil and gas resources we should first of all change ownership of the resources from Federal to State. The entire Nation shouldn't be dependent on oil and gas from a few States mostly in the real Niger Delta.

The basis of this crisis is likely radicalization of coastal communities of same ethnic group giving them impression that coming under Ijaw umbrella gives them absolute right to water resources owned by everyone in that area. All parties should know they are brothers and need not violence but peaceful resolution to the crisis brought by divisive elements among them. The larger picture is sabotaging the Ibeno port .

The only people that don't know this are people in Southwest. Labour won by an extremely wide margn of 90% to 10% and PDP came 2nd. APC did not get up to 1% of real votes in Rivers State. However just like I wrote after Tinubu was declared winner Nigerian Presidential elections have always been manipulated so this is not the first nor will it be the last time.

Mechionu ndi gi there. Most imo indigenes prefer to live in Onitsha because Owerri is a slum. Just mechionu because you don’t know anything. Stop living in delusion and ignorance, call your imo indigenes living in Onitsha and ask them why ?

The most dispersed and travelled Igbos are from Anambra State followed by Imo State because of population pressure so I believe the same way there are Anambra traders hustling across the world , Imo comes 2nd. Drug business is dominated by Orlu and Ihiala people while spare parts is Nnewi and Ozubulu, Phone accessories are mostly Ebonyi while stockfish and Okrika are mostly Northern Abians. In every city I've been to including Port Harcourt I live the same pattern repeats itself in lines of business distributed among Southeastern States. You really need to visit Aba and Onitsha then you'll realize Onitsha needs a lot of work to be done there.

, Onitsha is the only city that rivals Lagos not just in infrastructure, but also economy, commerce and industry. Anambra is the most developed Igbo state and all the statistics supports this facts.

You are deluded young man or you probably grew up in Onitsha and never got exposed to other places. My advice is for you to take out time and tour other places you'd realize you've been living in ignorance all these while.
