Bearing in mind that even the people that released this documentary did not approach the courts to sue him for fraud or mismanagement of funds, neither did they show their face, because they are masquerading as a n organization.

APC obviously RUSHED to the court with it. Hight court, and Court of apeal in Abuja,where due to the evidence of the Ekitigate, it was ruled that Military should not be used in the 2015 elections. Although, PDP has refused to accept the ruling, still posing that GEJ the C in C can veto it, but people have said it can't be done without 2/3 majority of the Nat Assembly.
And alternatively, PDP has also indicated that they likely would still appeal to the Supreme court.
IT WAS STILL THAT SAME RULING That Upheld Fayose's victory, stating that the Ekitigate did not reveal any statement to proof the election was rigged.

I think after all these recent developments by INEC, they have now won the hearts of sincerely well -meaning Nigerians and also BUHARI who has seen them stepped up in curtailing rigging using 21st century relevant technology

Why would the boko haram agents come to an area, and operated for like 4 or 5 hours uninterrupted or without any reprisal from the military men despite the fact that the states are under state of emergency? 

If truly Buhari knows about this group,why can't the government take it serious to prosecute or sue him or reveal the evidence, just as they claimed they have enough evidence that he does not have a certificate? 

If they have the evidence, I know very sure that FFK and Fayose will never keep silent on that even if the presidency cautions them.

Why will the government be interested now in reducing boko haram activities within 6 weeks recommended by them and not the early years of this deadly group when the cries of the innocent blood were so much -

may be after seeing another millions being warned OR threatened not to come out during elections to vote OR
