mk 14 :23...speaks of jesus going to the mountain to pray by noon remaining there praying till it was night time...this is to show you how long his prayer time was....
luke 6:12...talks about jesus praying all through the night....in christainity we are taught and by personal experience i believe night time prayer is very powerful time for prayer...cause this prayer is done with fasting....fasting from sleep....when all other men are sleeping u stay awake and pray...u starved ur body the sleep it requires to seek the face of God...jesus show the importance of night prayer in this verse of mt 13; 25
"But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way"
most evil are done in the deep of the night waging prayer during this time is very efficacious.....
