For somebody who fell asleep 3 times, you are not in a position to rate London's performance.

The Jamb registrar said the idea remains optional for now. It doesnt apply to all candidates. You can still chose to use the old method. Moreover, they are planning only one center per state which is grossly incapable of handling the whole candidates in any given state.
