Does it after my chance of getting the visa if date I get is after the wedding... am married with kid,good job with new generation bank 6 yrs wit them and haven't travelled out of the country before.. kindly help a nigga �

You complicated your application by saying you receive funds from family when you have no evidence to show the source. Did your submit you marriage Certificate

OK but I can still explain by making a new application and I forgot my marriage certificate at home and it wasn't there so. What's your advice

Did the VO read it all, or just take a quick look and miss something important.

although you say you provided evidence.

Just a thought from what you wrote here.
Did you submit so much that the vital fact was lost in all the paperwork.
You probably understood what you sent but if the VO only scanned through thy might have not see some facts.

If you re-apply look carefully at what you send and keep it simple but truthfull.

Thanks for d quick response,yes I submitted all required document and they are not scanned but printed out and original and nothing was lost when I got the package back,everything I submitted was returned back without missing out a single sheet.

Hello,all the gurus in the house.pls I need your advice,i was refused UK visa today.i applied for a visit visa to spend my annual leave from work in UK.am on a monthly salary of 63,799 and married with a kid,my mum invited me who's a UK citizen alongside my lil brother,she sent me all document and also an invitation letter staying she will pay for my flight tickets,accomodation and other expense.so I submitted letter of offer letter and confirmation from work,bank statement,tax payment slip and also my pension statement.
In filling my form cost of flight to UK from my sponsor was £800 from my mom.
Cost of expense to the trip from my own wallet was put at £200.
I was surprised when I receive the refusal letter 2day.
I felt so bad cos I think my application was refuse for no genuine reasons cos his reasons are not authentic.
The reason are that I earn 63,799 a monthly and he's afraid I will be back after my preside 1 month stay in the uk.
He also said he was you stated that you are married with a kid,however you have provided no evidence of your personal circumstance in nigeria? Pls I don't understand Dis reason cos I provided my son's birth certificate,all his school fee receipt right since he started school till date,my house rent receipt for 3yrs till date,utility bill,tenancy agreement with my landlord when I rented d apartment.
Last I stated 150k from savings from relatives and pension and I also include my 2yrs pension statement of account showing the balance accumulative and monthly deduction and my statement of account shows the narration of a token amount of 19k I contribute to a micro finance bank monthly and collect it by December and money from relative is my dad but in cash of 7K monthly and they said I didn't provide proof to back all dis up.i was not given right to appeal so I want to re-apply next month cos I felt cheated after presenting all required document...please kindly advice me on what you believe caused the reason for refusal.
Though I have been refused sometimes in 2012 before and I stated it in my application and reason cos they I just finish nysc and they said I was in employed and I would not come back now am employed they still saying he's afraid about my financial status which I don't understand...please help me out.

Hello,i also use a first bank Mastercard for my UK visa fee payment and it went thru,just go to the UK website and enter ur card details and d OTP password will be sent to ur registered phone number and u a good to make payment,i guess they charge me around 46,325k and make sure u aren't late for ur UK appointment or else u will be force to pay another £89.Good luck.

Justwise and ifyalways can I contact u directly to share my appeal determination hearing,don't want to upload it here cos of names in it...actually the jury dismiss the appeal base on the fact the ECO gave him.

Maybe you hold on until you start earning more?

Good day to all the gurus in the house,pls I would like an advice on how to go about my UK visa application cos of the bad experience I have in the past...I applied sometimes in 2007 for UK visa by an agent which was denied and I didn't see the refusal letter cos it was arrange by a friend of my mom,my mum has a resident permit in the UK and my Lil brother hold a red passport and they both live there for almost 17yrs but they do visit nigeria every year for the ileya festival..after my 1st visa was refuse in 2007 I decided to further my education since I just finish my ND then so I got admission to a private University and graduated in 2010 went for NYSC and came back so when I couldn't secured a job my mum decided she invite me so we begin another processing in Feb 2012 and I handle it myself but unfortunately I was refuse based on 3 reason,firstly I didn't state it that have been refuse a UK visa in the past 10yrs my reason was I didn't know so my fault,secondly I change my date of birth in my passport from 1984 to 1986,lastly my mum name was changed as she uses another name on her resident permit..I was allow to appeal so I got a lawyer to check into it and he defended my very well with reasonable point and valid evidence.my mom attended the hearing in court 3 times cos we opted for oral hearing...so on the day of the final judgement my mom said the jury were worried that if they allow the ECO to issue my visa they are in doubt that I will return back to nigeria and she try to convince them but they said I should apply a fresh application now or in the future cos I don't have any thing to tie me back home....so now am working with financial firm in Victoria island for 2 years and a month now and am on a salary of 70k monthly,married with a kid and living together...so I want to go on a vacation to visit my mom especially my Lil bro cos he was the one who insisted I should go and apply for a fresh visa,my mom works and she will be the one to sponsor my trip to and fro and accommodate me for 10 days while all I need to just do is source for my BTA of 350Gbp to do some shopping for myself,kid and wife....so please kindly advice me on what to do and what are my chances to secure the visa cos I don't want to be refuse again...though am going to explain all what happen with my 1st and 2nd visa refusal..tanx and looking forward to your great advice.justwise am waiting to read from you

@lamosy,I will keep waiting and hoping to hear from them then would probably give them a week more and see if the letter comes in or not but my fear Is that why would the judges dismiss the appeal..what happen when an appeal was not successful and dismiss after a year of planning and after 3 oral hearing in the uk and after providing all requested document by the jury....what does appeal dismiss means from your past experience cause I noticed you give appeal advice to people which works out well.thanks
