A logical explanation once again. DACA is not a law or an act created by OBAMA. It is an executive order by 44th after Congress failed to make a law regarding it for about 16years now. If the executive order was unconstitutional, states and private persons were at liberty then to go to court which no one did or the action failed. Why did Texas threatened to go to court through a letter sent to Trump after he was elected if he didn't rescind it? The only problem was that DACA was an executive order and can be trashed out by the next president.

He used his executive power to implement DACA because the Congress can't agree on how to go about reforming immigration with about 12 millions undocumented aliens. It's just trump and the AG Sessions showing their racist self. The 800.000 Dreamers affected by DACA were brought into America by their parents as young children. Some of them were brought in as young as few months old. The only country they know is America and in America, we don't punish children for the crime of parents.
