1. Salaries and emoluments of PAs, PPA, SPA, SSPA, etc
2. Fueling of generators and maintenance
3. Feeding (running to billion of naira)
4. Gallivanting
5. Organising all sort of inauguration party, welcoming party, PDP caucus party, all ethnic people visitation to Aso Rock party, religious bodies visitation party, women leaders party and all other ogogoro ceremonies.

He had his own way during his own time...

This man, Buhari, is setting his structures, familiarising with country friends, forming opinions and setting his own mind.... Please no vex am..
