Going over the thread and reading through your back and forth with Richmond, I will let you know that your method will not work yet in a nigeria setting.

Some method of optimization of a system are mostly going to be embedded in the system such that the outcome won't be out of range of expected value of such system. Nigeria politics is not yet ripe to the level we can be using standardized IQ range of 120-140 to define simply because the average IQ of Nigeria as a nation is about 70 therefore, your method of solution won't work on existing political maneuvering we are operating currently in Nigeria.

Obidients must still follow the old order to get there first or else the same things that has happened in all previous party that obidient has gotten involved in will keep cycling back and there won't be anyway out.
