Okay, just seeing this and I decided to top up a quick research into the subject and I found a document.

England does run a professional footballers' pension scheme and it also applies to retired footballers. But the thing is you must be registered with the scheme. So I don't know if Fashanu's claims are true but England does have a pension scheme.
I saw same. But I reckon the payments should be from a player's playing days in England as opposed to playing for England.

You should have done your research, to know if Fashanu's claim is true. People peddle all sorts of nonsense on the internet.

There is nothing about pension for ex-English footballers anywhere on the internet. Nothing.
Tbf, Fashanu never claimed England pays him.

That's why I always say it is not ideal to attack people. Get in, read messages, select the one u feel appeal to u and leave. Come here to make friends than enemies. We are all here for d common aim of getting information. Why d attack?

Attack would create nothing but enemies. Let's all learn to be civil in our words. Love each other, connect, it is safe not for this scholarship alone but for a better tomorrow. Gathering of men of virtue such as this help as experiences had revealed in d past. Pls we could be intimate than enemies pls

He/She just told you the SIMPLE TRUTH.

I have been saying or shouting it here that PTDF scholarship is next year and some persons thought that I was lying.
Neither you nor the person has proof of anything except for the fact it may be common sense for the thing to be postponed till next year. But my point is common sense is not fact. Stop making it sound as if it is. Especially when you all continue repeating the same thing. We have heard, calm down.

Actually, sir. Neymar has the highest PPG of any player in France.

Any statistic you can think of, Neymar trounces Mbappe easily. A good playmaker is levels above a good scorer.

The only player in the world that has a higher PPG is Jordan Henderson of Liverpool.
That makes the PPG a useless stat, no?

Newcastle United Interested In Signing Leicester City's Nigeria International Striker
Allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report that English Premier League side Newcastle United have set the wheels in motion to sign Leicester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho in the summer transfer window.

Whether or not a takeover is completed before the start of the upcoming season, the Magpies maintain an interest in the Nigeria international, who is represented by one of the most powerful agencies in the world, Stellar Group.

Stellar Group has close links with Newcastle United, as they handle the affairs of first-team stars Jonjo Shelvey, Ciaran Clark, Andy Carroll and Javier Manquillo per Transfermarkt.

Newcastle United are in the market for a striker and have identified Iheanacho as a top summer transfer target because of his Premier League experience, having spent about five years in England.

Iheanacho has rejuvenated his career this term and has forced his way into Leicester City's starting lineup since the restart, partnering Jamie Vardy in attack four times.

The 23-year-old is tied to The Foxes until the end of the 2021-2022 campaign.
Make that guy leave.

Bros, isn't it obvious?

Its not fear of mistakes in this case, it is a desire to play for an EPL team.

This is the reason many are annoyed with the lad

Do you think he would ask to think it through if Everton comes with 40 million?

Let us call a spade a spade,, this guy has been hoodwinked by the false allure of the EPL
These are speculations, you do not know. And if the problem is that he does not want to go to Italy because of racism, shouldn't that be a valid concern?

Not sure that of Chelsea is laughable. Do you know how many times their youth teams have won the youth FA cup? Chelsea's performance this season is also a testament to how good their academy is.

Yes. With a solid manager. This team is better than what we are being served every match day.

Chelsea and Wolves will slice it open. Like I said, there are other ways of doing it vs just dancing around their box 18 like bush gods.
The same Chelsea we've beaten how many times this season?

Eh, excuse me but who are you? We don't know you here. I am a bonafide ghostmode reader who prefers reading comments and I haven't seen one relevant contribution you have made in here for a very long time. If you have nothing to contribute, then join us here in the ghostmode arena and be quiet because you just proved TheSupernerd's point of just anyone wanting to have a go at him and for childish reasons, I can conclude. I know he is a controversial fellow by virtue of his popularity on the thread but he is also a very smart contributor and that's obvious to most of you who act like you envy the guy.
This person you quoted is one of the thread's strongest contributors if not the strongest and I don't doubt his passion for Nigerian football. So please mister or miss, we don't know you in here and neither do some of us in the ghostmode camp recognise you. Looking for cheap attention off Mr. Nerdy's posts is quite a low and reeks of self esteem issues. Don't even expect a reply from me because I don't do banter. Have a nice day.
