But I also tested 3 car batteries, and they read 10V instead of 12V.

The batteries are working fine.

You mean this was the reading you got when the battery indicated that it was full?

When it was depleted. The Volt meter is reading 24 now after leavibg for a while.

But the batteries are reading 10V each and 22V jointly.

I'm thinking my multimeter is malfunctioning by reducing 2V from each battery but add 2V instead of 4V when I measure jointly

Just remeasured now, one battery reads 10 and another 9, and it reads 21 jointly. Hope my multimeter is not faulty? But the voltmeter installed on the wall reads 23.1 (see pix).

PS: The Battery depleted due to lack of power supply yesterday.

No need to detach, what's the battery voltage when it gets full and without load for some hours? If you have warranty then you can also take these questions to them for support or possible replacement

10volts ke? Are u sure that battery is not gone. For 12v battery to drop to 10v is not good for the battery at all.

You mean they're meant to show 12V individually even when used for some hours?

That's strange where did the 3v come from? In any case your battery at less than 24v is already below 50% DoD hence it's either your battery is already going bad or your charger is not 10A as I earlier stated. How long have you been using the battery? You really need to figure out where the 3v difference comes from

Close to 7 months now. Do I need to detach the battery connectors before reading?

I'm still under warranty with Simba, guess I can change them if bad.

Does sound normal.unless your inverter is outputting over 30amps, no way would totally flat batts get full in 5hrs..
But first off, how do u know its discharged?...the inverter low batt alarm activates or inverter shutsdown?

I suspect you may have a bad batt in the mix.
With a digital meter, chk the voltage of each battery when discharged and when full .

The inverter low battery alarm activated. I will revert on it's reading when fully charged. Thanks.

Okay multimeter is not helpful, you need a clamp meter to get actual reading. I googled the model, it seem it's 10A charging hence it should take about 9 to 10hrs to charge from low to full. What's the battery voltage when it's low and without load?(you can use your multimeter for that)

The batteries individually read 10. But when I read jointly it shows 23. Is this fine?

Reading was done when not charging and no load.

While charging if you have a clamp meter, check the charge rate or is the charge rate specified on the charger?

They wrote Pure Sinewave HUPS 1400VA/24V

I have a multimeter, but don't know how to use to check charge rate. Only seeing that of car battery online.

It depends on what you are charging with and the rate, is the battery AGM, flooded or gel?

The batteries are dry cell by Luminous

It's 1.5Kva inverter system. Not solar powered.

It powers a desktop screen, laptop, ceiling fan and standing fan for 12 hrs or thereabout.

Good day all. Please I have two 200Ah Luminous batteries that get's full within 5 hrs after full discharge. I want to know if this is normal.

PS: I dont know the configuration of the Inverter system as it was built by a company.

Possible wiring related issue or faulty solenoid. The oil pan should be taken down and the solenoid confirmed to actuate via a 12v battery

After several research online, I found out that the TCM (Transmission Control Module) is most likely the culprit. I proceeded to change the TCM, and everything is working fine. When you change the TCM, you have to leave the car running for 15mins for it to self reprogram itself.

I also tested the soleinods A,B & C and they gave rating of 2.6 ohms each. Also used a car battery to actuate the soleinods, they made some noise. That shows the soleinods are good.

Lesson: Don't listen to Kazeems, research your error codes well.

I've a 2009 Mazda 5 with below error code. When I start the car in the morning, and put at R or D, it jerks. But it drives well after.

I scanned and realized it's the Soleinod A that needs replacement. Please can you guide on where to fix this. Thanks.

Please where can I buy a Soleinod A or is buying the whole valve going to fix this? This is for 2009 Mazda

Both pictures are matte finish. The first 2 is without primer, the last 2 is with primer.

You may screed the wall if you wish to use a flat finish paint with some level of sheen like matte paint.
You can use regular emulsion paint if you don't want to screed as it hides defects.
However, if you still wish to use a matte finish or if the wall is terribly rough, you may use a primer applied in multiple coats before painting. it's cheaper than screeding and would give some level of smoothness.
