5000mah on 6inch Android device won't lastly more than a day on normal use.

I think it's going a lot longer than 24 hours. It's 6inch but it's not FHD, the processor is power efficient plus other power as features that comes with Nougat. I see it lasting maybe 72 hours on normal usage. I get a day and half of normal usage on 2300mah.

Tecno L9plus with 5000mah would be perfect for the One day on and 2days off.

its not a deal breaker but it also implies an old MTK chip is used (suspecting MTK 6580 since its Quad core) Tecno don't want to come clean and release full specs cause they know many won't buy it if they see it.. That's why they keep hyping just the battery to lure customers cause they know (or think) in present Nigeria battery is all that matters.

My point is, if it's MTK6580 then the price quoted is ridiculous.

i suspect it's Mediatek MT6735.
6580 is an entry level chip. The L9plus isn't an entry level product.

I guess it does more to height compared to weight. See the new Tecno L9plus for instance, it weighs less compared to Gionee with same battery capacity.

You forgot a tiny yet important detail. There are tens of other components that make up a phone besides the battery.

hello guys, i just think it's time to upgrade frm my nokia(symbian) wch i have been using since i lost my bb twice last yr. So with 50k-55k i want to buy either tecno L8plus( cos of the bat3) or hot 4(cos of the finger print scanner)..so i want to ask for u guys opinion on wch one i should go for, and why i should go for it....u can also suggest any better for appart frm d two i mentioned.
