i dont understand how you'll value camera in a phone and you'll not go for a camon

do people still own java phones? ive not seen one in almost four years

its a close call between gionee and Tecno but i think Tecno just edges it a little

I wouldve said get a xiaomi from aliexpress but the lack of after sales outlets is kid of like a deal breaker. so i would just say you should probably get the camon c9. its awesome and the price is about right for you.

I left it out intentionally cos I felt 4G LTE should be standard now. This is 2017, any OEM that omits 4G LTE shouldn't be taken seriously.

It is still a bitter pill for bloggers and website owners to swallow as one of Nigeria's largest domain name registrar DOMAINKING has finally packed up.
This was made know to us by many bloggers and business owners who have their domain registered with this company. For some days now many of these site owners have been unable to access their websites and even their Cpanel.
This has led to the lose of huge investment, trust and reputation as these bloggers can no longer serve their clients.
To make matter worse, several attempts to reach domainking's help desk proved abortive as non of their channels is actually responsive.
I will hereby call on the owner of nairaland to take down domainking advert because many people are still buying domain names from them when those who bought theirs 6 days ago are yet to be activated.
Can we say this is caused by the recession or Buhari?

I just bought a domain from yesterday evening but my order wasn't processed. why didn't I see this earlier

If other chips overtakes Snapdragon in both performance and affordability trust me OEMs will jump ship.

We all know that Snapdragon chips are quite pricey compared to mediatek and this a a very valid reasons to stick with mediatek. However, the tech world is highly dynamic and it keeps on changing regularly, So it is very possible that in the future the situation could be different and Snapdragon will be the one doing the catch up.

Theres absolutely nothing wrong with Mediatek chipsets, giant brands like Lenovo, Huawei are constantly using it. Mediatek is head to head with Qualcomm as we speak and analysts are predicting the X series overtaking Snapdragon in nearest future.

The only question is what OS？Nougat or Marshmallow.

I never said there was anything wrong with mediatek. Yea, Lenovo and Huawei dey use mediatek but not on their flagships. I'm just saying Tecno should mix it up.
Also, switching to Snapdragon for their flagships and other midrange devices would be more of a marketing move than anything.

Mtk for entry level and some midrange phones, Snapdragon for midrange/high-end phones.
This move would shut half their detractors up.

I just checked them it out. Wow, can't believe those pictures were taken with a camon c9. It's either the guy is a very good photographer or the camera on the camon c9 is really good or both.

well you can't really say it's not. For Naija here I believe a lot of people will classify it as a budget device.

Finally Finally, Budget is relative.
MKBHD calls the $440 OnePlus 3T a budget phone.
