I am now confused. Is it that there are different venues for all the subjects? I am in Abuja, and my area of expertise is Commerce and Economics. What date and venue should I report?

Marking depends on subject you are marking initially it was

9:57k per scripts,
lump sum 16:00k for most subject except English that is 15:00k apart from practicals like physics and others that is more than 9:57k.

As at this year which the coordination will start next week Wednesday
All subject is 17:23k x no of script marked

Lump sum is 28:80k x no of scripts marked

Attendance and coordination fees , all sum together to get your pay. This yr marking examiner will earn more than previous yr

So, if I can mark up to 500 scripts then I will make #8615 (17.23*500= 8615).

Too small. Honestly, to make this money genuinely and legally is not easy.

1. You can participate as long as you attend coordination and mark some dummy scripts with the guidance of a team leader.
2. It should be for ten days from the day of coordination.
3. You can work from home but you need to take some scripts for vetting. That's gonna be between you and your team leader.
4. It depends on the subject you are gonna record and score. I think English and Maths is quite high.

2) How long is the marking exercise?

3) If hired to participate, must I be coming to the marking venue everyday for the number of days, or I can work from home?

4) What is the financial benefits attached? I mean, how much are they paying?

Find out the marking centres in your city, then go there with your cert if you want to apply as a marker. But to apply as a checker, just go there to indicate your interest, you and others will be made to right a test, then you good.
I think ppl can apply from Wednesday to Friday next week

Anyways, just to clear some doubts and ensure that our hope is rekindled, I witnessed a conversation (phone-in) between a hopeful and the ES in respect of the recruitment about 4 weeks ago. The caller pointedly asked the ES about the status of the recruitment and the ES assured him that they were waiting for some approvals and that when gotten, they will call those that scaled through on merit and that the process has not been cancelled. This report is just to prove to those of us who have doubted the legitimacy of the Oil and Gas Recruitment and the fact that NCDMB was not mentioned all along. By the way, I am commenting few meters from the Towers.

Above is a pathetic story of Benita. She got married a few years ago, but lost her husband late last year.
