It is a memorable day for us all,
|
I tire my brother, let's try resource control and see how it goes |
It was a painful experience for me yesterday as i traveled through Benni-Abuja "expressway", we are indeed the most resilient and patient people on earth. I began to imagine the kind of lost of lives and properties along that road alone, thousands of people lost friends and family members everyday on that road. Equally, properties in multiple millions have been lost. It can only take people who are nonchalant for us to still live happily despite all these "wahalas" Those who are lucky to pass through without accident will have their bodies to tell how far, apart from wears and tears on vehicles. I sincerely felt bad and still feeling, I regretted driving myself. I was narrating my trip experiences with one of my brothers and he said "NIGERIANS ARE NOT PATIENT OR RESILIENT PEOPLE, WE ARE LIKE A CHILD BORN TO AN EXTREMELY POOR HOME, HE WILL NEVER FIGHT FOR LUXURIOUS LIFE BECAUSE HE NEVER KNEW IT IN THE FIRST PLACE" Could this be the reason for our endurance? Check out some accidents scenes I captured on my way:

Assallamu alaikum. We should please stop confusing ourselves and others, the fatwa on ribaa is simple. 1. You can borrow money in form of partnership with agreeable interest/sharing formula 2. The two party will bear the lost In case it occurs so as they share the profit 3. The amount borrowed must be used strictly to finance business, no paying of school fees, settling of medical bills or anything in that form Thank you |

We, the non indigenes approached Hon. Felix Obuah, the PDP chairman Rivers State seeking assisting hand for a woman who got trapped to belt of a grinding machine. She was badly injured by the belt and the pulley of the machine so much that her jaw was shifted and she almost lost her right eye. The man with a kind heart assisted by lend a helping hand to commence the operation. If every of our rich can help one or two persons like this, this world will be a better place for all of us

Jazakumullah khair, may Allah increase us in knowledge |
Should we take all definations of the Oyinbos or we should sometimes redefine word(s) as it suit us? My question could be rhetoric, but from the look of things, is defination given to corruption in anyway suggest the true meaning of it in Nigeria? I think, the way we live should determine how we see life. If a square glass sit on it edge, we could call it prism even if originally it's meant to be square object. In my early days in school, I was taught different colours. But, I was surprised to hear a yellow man calling me black instead of brown and that same yellow man is calling himself white. My point from the general perception of Nigeria and Nigerians, is corruption really a corruption in Nigeria? For instance, in Saudi Arabia, the wealth of the nation is divided in three: for the government, for rulers and for savings. There rulers who alloted billions of dollars to themselves aren't corrupt! their children can enjoy life anyhow anywhere without citizens protest and they live in peace with balanced economy. Case in mind: CELEBRATION OF IBORI even by the MONARCHS. I am never in support of any evil, but WHAT SHOULD BE THE REAL DEFINATION OF CORRUPTION IN NIGERIA? YOUR OPINION PLEASE. ........... |

We pay tribute to Elder. Bethel Obuah, the man who fathered Br. Felix Obuah. He's respected elder in the entire Ogba land and Rivers State at large. There no river without a source, trees were first a seed or log, even the sun and the moon originated from a source. The great man has been returned to his source just like everyone of us will do someday. In the heart of Chairman through his face, he feels more pain than sorrow. He attended to people in low voice, unusual of a man who's always full of live. On a very good day, you don't stay with Go Round as his popularly known without breaking your ribs. He remained unconditionally moody through out our brief stay with him yesterday. We the Northern Community Omoku, which you are part of the builders share with you in this sad moment, praying to God almighty to give you the fortitude to bear the lost
