Trump is a Con Man who scammed his way to the presidency and now that people have realized his con game, hes going to lose on Nov 3rd. It doesn't create any problem for the defence if the charge is first degree murder. FYI, the person he shot was not black and I have never defended the killing of any of the black people you listed above so your accusation is baseless.

Whoever charged him with first degree murder is a fool. Now in addition to proving he killed them not acting in self defense (Which will be difficult giving the video evidence), the prosecutor will now also have to prove that it was premeditated. This will be impossible on the face of it unless they have other evidence that is not available to the public. If it's the same information we have now then forget all the outrage you are seeing from the media, that guy will be freed on bail in his first appearance in court then he will be acquitted and discharged. Wisconsin is an open carry state so he didn't commit any offence carrying his weapons in open.
