1. The Law Enforcement agencies are fuckìng weak (caused by: poor welfare & renumeration; compromise; lack of training; lack of equipment; etc);
2. Archaic laws & outdated constitution;
3. Total lack of political will to halt corruption.
4. Judicial system has been compromised.
5. No capital punishment for corruption (eg. public firing squad; no appeal).
6. Corrupt individuals are celebrated and voted or appointed into sensitive political positions.
7. Warped societal expectations.
8. Lack of patriotism.
9. No fear of God or love for humanity.
10. A widespread feeling of helplessness & hopelessness on the part of the masses.
11. High rate of poverty & unemployment;
12. Lack of a credible national database.
13. Get-Rich-Quick mentality, especially among youths.
