grandstar: The Bible condemns homosexuality(1 Roman's 1:26,27) The Bible also condemns homophobia. (Matthew 7:12)
The Catholic Church is watering down God's view about homosexuality in order to conform to the world(Romans 12:2)
The Bible is clear that "fornicators, idolaters, adulterers, men who submit to homosexual acts will not inherit the kingdom of God "(1 Corinthians 6:9-11) Yes we should not be misled, even by the Pope. I'm so sure you read not the post but just the headline, kindly do the needful to avoid rushing to make a comment out of ignorance next time |

valenu: Your advice is great. I'm going to see how today's own will be. After which I will decide whether to send him for training or not. Or you could alternatively, tell him to focus on just the combination of which ever is the fastest selling, I guess that should be the akara and yam, and then as time goes on, he could add the puff puff. Just imagine, how did you want it not to get burnt? , the young man frying is frying akara, puff puff and yam all at the same time, and he's just starting. For your information, call the young man's attention to his mistakes, challenge him, inspire him and dare him for results, the motivation is enough to bring a change of results, and pls tell him to focus on just two from the onset and diversify afterwards. It's too early to start regretting, it's all part of the experience, just learn from it. |

engrgordon: If you are interested in investing in manufacturing of products, I have a new idea on refining, red palm oil package it in a satchet, in Nigeria, every household need palm oil, and people have package it in different ways but they have not been able to package it in a satchet, to enable people buy it, this is because, if package, it will sleep after a day or two days, however i have practically find how to refine it, package it and it can stay more than 2 years without sleeping off. Check if you are interested in kicking off this project. See Picture 1 : current packages of Palm oil, and picture 2, my proposed sample of packaging it like Power oil, which will be sold @ 50 naira per pack to enable every average Nigeria to be able to buy. If interested, write to me on :chisco4christ @gmail.com. Was actually surprised to see this, it was as if you copied and paste my idea submitted to BOI's YES loan application, however , I know the idea is yours as well. Keep it on bro and I wish U success , the market is big enough for Us all. Also buckle up your Market Entry Strategy, wish us both success |

ikbnice: and where I am, people sell more than 10 bags in a day especially during dry season with a profit of #70-#110 per bag. I doubt anyone makes upto #110 /bag at this present dispensation of inflated prices, #70 could be termed realistic after deducting cost price (ice block and bag cost), and even at that, They could only make at most #700-#800 after the day's sales. I hail them, youngHustlers #700 of today is an equivalent of #400 of yesterday = Depreciation, meaning, this guys are now making less in this harsh economy Op is right, saying 'thank you' when not buying and leaving them with little change(money) not only encourages them, it's definitely an act of humanity. |

remioshy: Hello,
Is it 250 per plot ? Or. If interested what next Hello MA, yeah it is 250 per plot. Actually I would love more nairalanders to come in and let's do this 'estate' together. It's possible for me to negotiate it on our behalf to 200k per plot. YES : 200K PER PLOT. This would be achievable If we can get in between 10 and 15 nairalanders to join. And this proposed ESTATE will be on its way, with every participant being part of the benefit there in. And pls, We should not forget, this isn't just selling of land, but the birth of 'an Amazing Estate' good for residential purpose for intending home owners, at the same time also will delivering good ROI for participating Real Estate Investors . |

The same Nation who couldn't provide dollars to manufacturers to import critical raw material (thereby resorting to sourcing from the black market) is the same nation that was able to provide 19million dollars for the extravagance of 108 selfish politicians.
What a pity.
And just imagine, 'should we be trekking', as if they haven't being riding Toyota Prado's & Cruiser's since the day they were campaigning for election into public office. |

Agriculture › Re: A Nairalander's Tour To The Farms And Major Markets In The Northern Nigeria. by Abidex35(m): 3:49pm On Apr 09, 2016 |
page5: For Your Information,
She collected far more than N23 million from someone i know (N28.1million. to be precise) and there many more people.
She never set out to do any enduring business. She was just smart enough to play on the intelligence of the innocent investors using Nairaland as a veritable platform.
Her tools are
Nairaland and the later Facebook and finally when she started getting money from her victims. She opened her website (those are the platforms )
She had good contact in the north in the name of her supposedly husband who was doing all the purchases. I gathered she hates the sokoto weather. She was only there, a few times and those times were when she took several pictures of herself in the markets buying foodstuffs .
Most of the pictures were meant to sway people into believing that she was on top of her game and not an armchair city woman .
Then she invited people into her scam seminar to further convince those still doubting her. With a bogus claim that she could preserve Onions for two years and people could make triple of their investment.
According to one of those who attended the seminar in may, she even showed some onions she claimed were over 2 years old under special preservation method. .
But there was no structure to grow the business. Aside from the rented flat in Ijoko and a handful of security men.
The quantum of money she received from investors should be over N130million in my conservative estimation.
A visionary business woman wouldn't be extravagant sleeping in hotels buying vehicles for boyfriends and the likes when the business has just started.
From some of her actions and inactions, she was clear on her mission from the beginning but had no clue where it will all end.
Of course in prison for her and possibly with her mother who collects substantial part of the proceeds from her daughter's fraudulent activities.
Justice may take a while to come to fruition just like Ibinabo Fiberesima case but I can assure her she will know no peace in her miserable life from now on Wow, unbelievable, if indeed all you said are true, most especially the part : staying in Lagos and not actually often going to the north to do the purchase, and camouflaging her supposed husband to handle the purchases while deceiving nairalanders always with her often 'North tour pictures', it simply depicts that she has fraudulent plans from the on start, and not really that she had any vision for the business and neither Was it that She lost self control at the sight of huge money in her custody, all was just well planned from the onset and she couldn't wait to start lavishing the money before she would eventually dissappear & Run Away. |
