What I am trying to say is that give potential customers that buy in bulk extra products as a form of incentives to attract them. You will still grant them credit later but that should not be the priority for now.

That will be too dicey. I think the best way is to capture them is to beat down the price a little bit at the start to attract them and also give extra on each products supply.
