For the fact that there is receipt doesn't mean it is genuine .Nigerians are representing well as same time we have dubious Nigerians,one tribe focuses on drug deal while the other focus on fake documents including Saqa .The Sa govt keep changing the colour of the certificates because of few Nigerians producing fake saqa certificates .Twice your application was rejected for same reason yet you are still asking what is wrong . Something is fishy about your saqa ,call Saqa office or mail to confirm the auntencity of the cert .Perhaps it may be genuine .

They cannot request for an original SAQA certificate. Did the Visa officer that attended to you sight the original certificate?

With 2:2 she should I think.....just Google for schools in Canada that accepts 2:2 for masters programme

I came out with 2.14 and couldn't find any masters programme, I advice you to go for PGD program though we have not been favoured for a while now but she can still try, just package her application very well and let's see.

Hi. You have impressive test scores. What is the breakdown and what is your AWA score?
I am sorry you will likely not get good suggestions here if you come
empty handed. You need to look for some schools yourself, come back
and people can discuss your choices with you and maybe suggest others.
Look out for state/public universities as they usually offer assistantships(funding) more.
Also, chose states that have low cost of living too.
Most importantly, look out for good programs.

Ur admission letter should state the duration of the course. Then saqa certificate. Your bank statement , proof of accommodation
