Politics" All Of Them Will Go To Jail": Sanusi by abodundef(op): 9:15pm On Oct 11, 2010
At the banking forum, CBN governor did mentioned that all the former MD of banks who were relieved of the jobs will go to jail.
My question is why is he affirmative and convinced?
Why is he preempting the judicial proceedings?
Will all really go to jail?

HealthHarzard Associated With The Use Of Mobile Phone-very Important by abodundef(op): 2:28pm On Feb 06, 2010
A study was carried out on the effect of mobile phone to the brain using rats for case study. the findings will interest you. knowing fully well that most breakthrough in medicine is gotten from studies carried out using rats.

Excerpt:
Comparison of brains from unexposed and exposed rats

Exposed animals, were much more likely to have albumin leaking from blood vessels in inappropriate locations. This shows as dark dots in the exposed brain above on the right.

Control animals, in contrast, showed either no albumin leakage or occasional isolated spots, as seen in the figure on the left.

A closer look at the cells within the brain revealed that exposed animals had "scattered and grouped dark neurons, often shrunken, with loss of internal cell structures."

, A neuronal damage of the kind described here may not have immediate, demonstrable consequences, even if repeated. In the long run, however, it may result in reduced brain reserve capacity that might be unveiled by other later neuronal disease or even the wear and tear of aging.
Health7 Things Not To Do After A Meal by abodundef(op): 1:57pm On Feb 06, 2010
May be this will interest you, read and digest for your health sake. Very helpful or what do you think?

1- Don’t smoke- Experts have proven that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes.

2- Don’t eat fruits immediately – Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore eat fruit 1-2 hr’s after a meal or 1hr before a meal.

3- Don’t drink tea – Tea leaf’s contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.

4- Don’t loosen your belt – Loosening your belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked.

5- Don’t bath – Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.

6- Don’t walk about – People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.

7- Don’t sleep immediately – The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.

I can not but thank God for the judgment that asked Arogundade & Navy to pay her N100m for the ill-treatment melted to the Young lady.
This i believe will serve as a lesson to all uniform men that we are in democratic led government and they should behave. they should stop harassing people on the highway with sirens and koboko.
Thumb up for Okere victory for womanhood
