Could it be that these perpetrators have mistaken the National University Commission's approval of the University of Mining Technology for an approval and legalization of this evil? The government should make them understand the difference before it becomes too late.

My prayer is for God to give job to the jobless like the OP. Amen.
The OP actually works as a gateman in the house of late Senator Buruji Kashamu in Ogun State. The 29,000 naira they pay him there, however small it's, is still helping him. But he surely can do better.

His own permutations and prediction failed this time while that of Primate Elijah Ayodele succeeded. At least, this is the first time I've seen Primate Elijah Ayodele's permutations and prediction come to fruition.
Politics › Re: Osun Election: Adeleke Leads Oyebamiji With 18,984 Votes by AbosedeFalade(f): 11:26pm On Aug 15
If this news is true, then the election has already been won and lost. Adeleke is leading with 18,984, while the number of accredited vote remaining to be announced is less than 11,000.

So, why have most commenters above said that the margin is too small and that APC can do some magic and overturn the result?
Politics › Re: Osun Election: Adeleke Leads Oyebamiji With 18,984 Votes by AbosedeFalade(f): 11:17pm On Aug 15

The margin is too small as the awaiting results are from APC strongholds.

I will remain neutral as I have come to understand that supporting any politician is wrong.

They don't care about the masses. May the best side win
Your hypocrisy stinks. You that have been mocking Adeleke in your earlier comments today and yesterday on this election, now you want to claim "neutral" because your evil wish doesn't seem feasible again.

Ignore all the fake news, so far so good 18 local government results have been released out of 30 n majority of Adeleke stronghold have been released with Adeleke leading with like 45k votes.

Will apc be able to overturn the 45k votes with the 12 local government left?

Only God can answer that
If you're sure that the result you have shared here is true, it means that you don't know maths, else you would have known that Adeleke has already won the election.

The number of valid votes - 654,200

Adeleke's vote 334,024, which is more than half the valid votes - 327,100.

I am giving you Judgements, you are using ChatGPT.

Go and read:
Gani Fawehinmi vs IGP
Tinubu vs IMB Securities

If the President 'kills' someone, you can't even arrest or prosecute him, unless he is impeached or his tenure elapses, is it election?

Yahaya Bello did double registration as Governor, the Court simply said it is a criminal offence but he has immunity, we cannot do or order anything.

Again, you countered yourself.
You said it's not pre-election but eligibility.
It is pre-election and Atiku is saying disqualify this man, he is guilty. Hence, it is tied to 2027.

Now, see what the Electoral Act says about eligibility criteria.
This Section 29(5) of the 2026 Electoral Act

An aspirant who participated in the primaries of his political party who has reasonable grounds to believe that any information given by the political party’s candidate in the affidavit or any document submitted by that candidate in relation to his constitutional requirements to contest the election is false, may file a suit at the Federal High Court in the Federal Capital Territory or in the jurisdiction the cause of action arose against that candidate seeking a declaration that the information contained in the affidavit is false.
Are you no longer the popular under the tree office Nairaland lawyer whose permutations have never amounted to anything. All the noise you made before about how Atiku and Obi political parties deregistration court cases judgements wouldn't favor then, what has happened now?

Before I decided to look into your matter closely, I was considering making you my PA from afar, but ever since I came closer, I've observed that you aren't a smart lawyer.

I've never known you to be smart. So, I'm not surprised that you've a very poor sense of judgement.
Politics › Re: Atiku Asks Court To Disqualify Tinubu Over NYSC Certificate by AbosedeFalade(f): 9:16pm On Aug 14
fergie001:
The eligibility issue is tied to the 2027 General Election.
The objective of the petitioner is that Tinubu should be disqualified from the 2027 election if found guilty, hence it is pre-election.

Secondly, the President iis immune to all civil or criminal suits. Only a special court like the tribunal can adjudicate thereof.
The timing is correct - that's election preparations - and it'll be assigned to a special court. Pre-election matters focus on internal party processes, candidate nominations, and preparations rather than the final voting or results.

you are a troll trying so hard to get noticed, please run along....I am too blessed to be bothered by a troll....I suspect you are one of APC's diehard supporters here bitter about my staunch support for Peter Obi and criticism of Tinubu's failed government.

I am a candidate of God's mercy and favour....I don't know your real gender, if you are a male or female, I want to tell you to pray for God to remember you the way He remembered me.....tap from my blessing.

I am happily married to a great lady.....have amazing kids....own a thriving small company and a host of investment portfolios and properties...I live a free life, I no longer need to work to survive...I can go on vacation or spend my whole time on the internet playing and still earn very well....I have achieved most of my life's desires that I used to think was impossible and its not by my strength or power but by the mercy of God that has been my fortress.

I might not be too rich, but what I have achieved at my age, when I look back at where I was 12, 13, 14, 15 years ago, I just give God the glory.

And to enlighten you troll, please find your mates....when people brag online like you claim, they do it for a reason; maybe to attract women or to make money or get favor...you don't just go online to brag for bragging, that will be highest level of stupidity.

I am married and the moment I got married I made it known here on this forum, so I don't need any girl to like me and I don't intend to meet any other than the people I have met on this forum who know me in person, so I have no reason to brag cos I have nothing to benefit.

I am here cos I love this forum, its more like a second home for me where I interact and read from everyday people that I can no longer meet like before....I have plenty time nowadays cos I no longer need to work, I only look at reports, listen to news, research for my postgraduate program that involve lots of researching and writing......so I have plenty time to keep trolls like you engaged
Empty vess.... and loud noise. LOL.

Lol. The way some of you talk about this "Urhobo man" thing, one would think all Urhobo men are difficult, unexposed, arrogant cavemen.

Meanwhile, my husband is Urhobo and I'm Ibibio, and he is the complete opposite of the negative stereotype social media keeps pushing which sometimes is propagated by Urhobo men themselves.

We dated for EIGHT MONTHS before having our court and traditional weddings. We didn't have a church wedding because neither of us attends church or belongs to any religious denomination and that has worked perfectly for us.
It's been 10 years with 3 children.
What do you gain from lying all the time? So, you're no longer married for 15 years, but it's now 10 years.

Anyway, it's conventional wisdom that anyone who's always in the habit of making every topic "I or me" and empty boasting, lies, and depression are inseparable.

Dear op, listen to me carefully, don't let some comments here discourage you or make you stop believing whatever you used to believe in the past.

One thing about me is this, I love speaking from my personal experience and the experience of people I know too well and can speak about.

To start with, I didn't marry broke because when I was broke as a single man, I didn't even had the confidence to start any serious or committed relationship even though I came across wonderful ladies that still wanted us to be committed but I was too scared of my future to commit and I hated the idea of marrying broke and without a financial direction in my life, so I stayed single until I started seeing progress in my life and have started my own small business which gradually transformed to a small firm, that was when I had the courage to get married, so I can't really say if marriage did brought financial prosperity to me per se, though I can sincerely say that the birth of my first son brought massive financial blessings and open doors to my business, it was like a bomb. The boy came with fortune and I pray God keep that fortune and great destiny of bringing open doors for him as he grows older. Another thing I can vividly remember is that on our wedding day, while in our hotel room, I got a very big business deal, I can't say it was my wife that brought that luck cos I was already into business and sowing seeds here and there and it was normal for one to germinate at any time.

Now let me talk about close friends and family members I know.

One of my elderly siblings, marriage brought problems to him. His own marriage in fact brought chaos and woes into his life. I guess he married wrongly. Please dear single guys reading, whenever you want to marry a particular lady and your father and other elderly relatives tell you not to marry the lady, please be careful, go to God in prayer to be sure you are not making a mistake marrying that lady. My father and some relatives stood against my brother marring that lady but my brother out of love and pity not to break the lady's heart cos she was his long term girlfriend went ahead and married her and it was chaos upon chaos. My brother that was rich before he married her suffered so much in that marriage until he left this world untimely. There is another elderly brother who marriage brought blessings upon his life. His wife transformed his life so much that it was so obvious. This lady was a huge blessing to my brother. Whatever my brother is today it was that lady, she was a God sent to my brother.

Now let me talk about friends.

I have five to seven close friends whom marriage elevated their lives. One is a billionaire today, a naira billionaire all thanks to the blessed, wonderful, calm lady he married. The lady came from a semi rich family and her family helped to raise the capital my friend used to boost his business and even when he had setbacks, they still didn't give up on him, they raised him more capital until he became the rich guy he is today. God bless that woman for turning the life of my friend around.

I also have four other friends who married blessings. These ladies came and brought upliftment in the lives of my friends. Three were American citizens, Nigerian ladies who married these three friends and took them to America where they are now making big financial waves together and changing lives. God bless the souls of those wonderful Nigerian ladies.

I also have two other friends that married nice Nigerian ladies that live in different western countries and helped took them abroad too where they went and established small companies now making wave in Nigeria.

I also have one friend again that left Nigeria for China without direction, got there and married a Chinese lady that transformed his life and today he is one of the richest guys in Nigeria unknown to many, yes. Some marriages bring blessings to people. It depends on your destiny, lucky and how wise you are in making choices and taking chances.

So op, let me not go further, my point is this; if you marry right and you are lucky enough to find the right lady, marriage will bring super prosperity to your life but if you marry foolishly because of romantic love alone like my late elder brother, marriage will mar your life. So take marriage serious, take screening of your future wife serious. Take prayer serious before you marry. If you don't believe in prayer, better use your traditional way to make sure you are marrying right. Don't do the Nigerian city marriage of marrying anyhow just because of sexual starvation and all those frivolities, u go regret your life at the end.
Have you tried taking some medicine for hallucination? You really need it. The only part where you're partly real in your narrative was the part where you said that your elderly sibling died in frustration from his bad marriage.

My point isn't intend to refute or consent whether marriage brings prosperity or not. Even though here in America, especially among our AA community, many will say yes to it.

It is unfortunate that irrational human beings like you now litter the social media space. Is it in your character to kill your own family member just to pin it on outsiders?
