If this is true, then there is a bigger problem that awaits NDC. This by implication means that Senator Dickson forged a court judgement that forced INEC to register NDC as a political party.

With this judgement, a party like APC will have more than half of its members who have lost their reelection bids or nomination leaving in droves to other political parties so that they can stand for 2027 elections. Someone like senator Ned can now port to another party.
