What a submission* what do they have in nigeria- MTN is owned by nigerian's - point out all supposed investments, owned by south africans and you would be surprised they are all smoke screens, they are all owned by nigerian's - you would be surprised that our government REACTs, rather then being proactive- we have a very clueless leadership without direction on what to do, that's why ebola came into nigeria in the first place, why cameroon treat nigerians like trash, tanzania want nigerians to leave their country? Ghanians come up with stricter polices to frustrate and drive nigerians out of their country- I said this almost 2 years ago, that our foreign policy has to change- where were your likes then? what is turn by turn, wrong leadership -directives? Well something that may surprise you, since they have stopped us from buying ammunition boko haram have been suffering serious defeats- don't you think they don't know? Its obvious the government is feeding both the troops and thwarts the same ammunition, Just drawing another angle to the myopic views of some submissions I noticed in yours
So going by ur analogy, d american govt is also clueless by allowing ebola to enta its country too? SMH

Just when you think it can't get worse, they still come back to defend their silliness. angry

Okay I now get it, running government is difficult so therefore in your rare wisdom, it is okay for the government to go about breaking both local and international laws because it is a difficult task to run government... How smart!

Are you aware there is a law on money laundering existing in every single country in the world inclusive of our lawless nation?... I am sure you are aware.

Are you aware that the Nigerian government due to its incompetence, carelessness and gross disregard for anything called law, broke the money laundering laws of SA?... I am sure you are aware

Do you think every nation in the world is as lawless as yours where clear laws can be broken brazenly by the very people who are meant to enforce the laws?

I understand we live in a strange country where we have been exposed to too many irregularities from generations of bad leadership and consequently, our ideologies have mutated to a see a normal occurrence as abnormal, sanity is seen as insanity, honesty is interpreted as stupidity and dishonesty is regarded as smartness. However, your own ideological mutation is way beyond human comprehension. In fact, I don't even believe you are stupid, rather I think you are willingly trying to sound stupid because you think you have a responsibility to defend the government in something which is indefensible.

Do dey manufacture weapons in SA? Do u tink dis is d 1st time nigeria is procuring weapons tru dis same means in SA? How best would hav done dis deal if u were d one in charge or if u were to advice those in charge?

Ok, let me share this experience that happened in my first and last nite class in school. It was first semester and i've never attended one before. That evening my friend came to my room and asked that we go to nite class 2geda with one other guy. I wanted to resist that night class is not my thing but they insisted, so i had no other option than to go with them. We got to the venue around some minutes past 8pm and that's the popular NSLT before it was demolished. Security was so tight in my school then because it was rumoured that boko haram guys were coming to bomb my school library then. Now, in the class, i wanted to read but the noise, the *toastings* going around, the calls and the noise of people's feet moving about couldnt let me. My friend and the other guy raised a topic and started gisting till the time got to around 11pm. I couldnt stand the noise again and i've started feeling sleepy already so i told my friends that i wanted to start going but they said i should wait till 12am so we can go 2gether and i agreed. 12 o'clock and we took our books and left but on getting to the door we saw a very big rabbit and decided to chase it. Some people heard the sound of our feet and thought we were running because of a security breach and some of them ran into the class and shouted boko haram. Mehn you need to see marathon race, stampede, and flying. Some people had dislocation that night, and others fractures and others lost some valuables. When we noticed the commotion we caused, we increased our pace towards the hostel amidts laughter before some angry guys would realise that we were the ones that caused the problem.
Wow! so dey hav demolished NSLT? Y did dey demolish it n wat did dey build on it? I had many nite class dere wen I was in 1st year. I remember vividly how we (me n my late friend) caught some people making love behind chemistry lab on val's day 2005. Dat place is full of characters @ nite.

Chinaimporter: The solution to all this conflict is to sensitize nigerians to know the following
1) That nursing is a two year non degree program that contains just element of patient management and almost nothing at all on general studies or other facets of education that other nigerian graduates pass through during their education to gain a full and rounded education and be called university graduates so nursing is effectively a technical training program that evolved into a gorgon medusa in nigeria except for those with BN in nursing.so they are not excpected to act like educated people since most of them are not, hence their thuggish attitude in hospital

2) Pharmacists are a group of well educated people that are trained to work mostly in drug factories(80% work there in other countries) producing it for consumption of the populace with few working in hospital setting and not trying to exceed their limits but in nigeria,a pharmacist that did not see a patient or learn patient management in school want to now become a full fledge doctor and run hospitals.

3) Medical lab science was not even a degree course in this country before now but just a technical certficate gotten in one location in jos after two years of studies but now some are degree holders and now want to wear the same boot as doctors.

4) The pharmacist only job in the hospital is to dispense drugs which anybody even a boko haram member can do effectively with just 3 hours of training hence there unfounded need for undue recognition is even more alarming( ok una go school well well but nobody need una for hospital sorriooo.i de pity una shaaa)

5)That most people in this profession of pharmacy wanted to be doctors but after failing there jamb successively, the opted for pharmacy and developed undue inferiority complex that translated to hate for doctors that is playing out in our health sector

6)That every doctor knows how to do the jobs that this people does but just would not stoop so low as to do so since their have a massive physical and intellectual job they do all the time (it is like the house boy and the oga of the house, if the houseboy is not around, the oga will suffer to iron his cloths and wash his car himself so he will actually work harder but that doesn't make the houseboy the boss at all.

7)Finally, do any nigerian want to handover their life or that of their children to a hospital being run by nurses or pharmacist?
My man how far wit ur importation of fake(chinco) ebola test kit and expired hand sanitisers? I hear say dem catch some of ur boys 4 lagos d other day, how u manage escape? Only u na bad guys oh!

prindu: Make no mistake abt it NMA is not JOHESU! They called doctors names just because doctors were fighting for d betterment of d enter health system and demanded an increase in Hazard allowee...

I thought johesu have d patients/masses at heart? Now who is going to be called heartless?

All demands here are for johesu and its members... which one concerns the patient? Compare with NMA demands.

Anyway, we don't really need them in d hospital, let them not just lock up govt equipment and tools as they use to...they can go with their empty heads.

But if they lock up things and go, doctors will also not work o because d masses no like us and we won't kill ourselves for anybody henceforth.

SHALOM !!!
U did not see d part dat has to do wit residency or u choose not to see it? Or don't u tink residency will improve d knowledge base of d professional dereby improving patient care?
Health / Re: JOHESU Issues Fifteen Days Ultimatum by Abraham2013(m): 11:09am On Sep 30, 2014
mictima: the government brought this over their head! how will a country's health sector be run without a bill? I just see this as a never-ending professional war because if the government answers johesu, nma will come up with another set of demands!
but johesu shud understand that they are not doctors, fine, everyone in the field has a crucial role but still, they cant all be treated equally... #just saying#
Bros its not about been treated equally, buh its about been treated fairly. In any organisation, somebody must earn more dan somebody, all d fingers in d hand r not equal. However dey all must be treated fairly. Look @ dis few scenario:
1. How can somebody work for 11yrs without promotion?
2. Y would one enta a profession knowing fully well dat he/she would neva get to d zenith of his carrier i.e director
3. How would u be working in an institution were u work for 15yrs n d hospital has not bothered to send u to any update course yet d same hospital has money to train other n pay other professionals all in d name of residency? A vivid situation occurred in OAUTHC were some physiotherapist working wit d hospital started masters programme wit dere own money only 4 d CMD to send a circular telling dem to discontinue d programme and face dere job.
4. How would work in a place were no member of ur profession is represented in d hospitals mangt board.
So my broda dere r many to mention buh I will stop @ dis few, buh d bottom line is not been treated equal buh fairly.

oduastates: Error.
Fashola not Nigeria ,was able to fight ebola because Fashola assembled a competent team of aides ,with the assistance of the international community.

Where was he when ,

1 Fashola was reordering the state's budget to fight ebola( he did not go to the assembly to ask for funds,he simply looked at his budget and said "ok , some of these things are luxuries at this time of emergency. Those things could be a road here, or new uniforms for an agency"wink.

2 Fashola was leading from the front lines.

3 Fashola was designating quarantine centres
And sensitising the public.

4 Fashola /LASG had the foresight to pass laws which allowed anyone deemed to be a danger to public health,to be detained.let not forget the cremation bill which gave legal approval for bodies to be disposed by burning.the best way to get rid of an Ebola corpse.
I can remember that our usual short sighted folks were here crying murder.

5 what about the slums? The socalled useless activist, poverty hustlers were crying murder.if what is happening in Liberia is anything to go by,that risk is still very much alive

This man thinks we are stupid ,when LAGOS state was offering doctors between $250 - $500 per day to volunteer for ebola duty ,the FG was AWOL with the camera hugging health minister who was giving out useless updates ,and was busy claiming Ebola funds were for cars.
EVen casual observers know that the minister was a passenger in the vehicle being driven by LASG,medicin Sen frontier,THe American centre for disease control and the WHO.
Left to the clueless government, we will all be dying of ebola today just like Boko haram is killing the living shitZ out of nigerians.

I know where he was,
He was hiding in Aso Rock sponsoring some touts under the transmorphication embarassidiots of Nigeria .

He should tell us the hospital he built to fight ebola.maybe he thinks that those China made thermometer at the airports is the same as effective control of ebola.ebola has a gestation period of up to 3 weeks without the victim showing any symtom. Now tell me how those thermometers are effective . Even the British ,American etc know that it is not effective. The reason they are not pointing thermometer at visitors from nigeria at their airports.
Fashola will be the first to tell you that it is not time for celebration.
why didn't they prove their federal effectiveness in Enugu where they had to bring a suspected case to Lagos. The state simply lacked the capacity. This is difference between paying salaries ,awarding contracts and stealing the rest on the one hand and true governance. Ogun ,osun ,Oyo already have effective mechanisms in place to deal with the emergency and believe me , they won't be carting an Ebola case to Lagos.I understand that amaechi(the finest administrator East of that river ) has been doing a good job. He never shies away from mirroring fashola's approach and has been known to poach intellectuals and experts from Lagos. He would probably have done much better if he weren't saddled with too many delinquents.
A public health emergency and this deluded man thinks the N1 billion naira passes by the assembly was what prevented the spread.if that is the case, all the MAMSERS, YOUWIN,PEP,NAPEP should have solved Nigeria's problems a long time ago.
The federal government has had enough time to relieve the LASG and RSSG of the ebola burden by setting up equipped quarantine centres in all zones ,and away from population centres.Any show,p. No. MIA (missing in action).

This is leadership.Fashola doing the job of an absentee president.

The reason the merger of CPC and ACN was successful was because acn had no presidential aspirant and cpc under GMB want to add to his own vote.. So you can't just come from no where and steal GMB's dream. I guess at the end of the day, Mr Atiku will port to another party because that is what he does. He wants the presidential ticket by fire by force. It should have been GMB that should have announced first for his presidential ambition not Atiku. They want to have unlimited power, fame and wealth. That is the highest they can ever attain when you become the president of country. They have both tasted power and know how it feels. they want to continue the large life of lawlessness. That is all i feel about this so call people who wants to be Nigeria Top Boss. The only person i have seen who has a dream for this country is GMB. The rest are just bunch of senseless people who wants nothing but power and loot our already damaged economy dry.
