He attends technical meetings as d coach plans his team based on his report. Dat was d same job AVB did 4 mourinho, dat was also d same job mourinho did 4 late sir bobby robson and van gaal in his early dayz. So u see he has worked as a youth coach, opposition scout, chief scout, assistant coach and finally sporting director. Wat other qualifications do u want?
As 4 olishe, I would not recommend him been an assistant to keshi cos it will not work. Keshi does not take advice 4rm anybody. Keshi himself will not agree to work wit olishe.
