weren't you expecting them already, I'm sure you know damn well in Lagos you can't just build whatever you want without following due process, I'm sure someone told you it's a minor issue that can be bribed off but that was then bro. Just pray the penalty fees isn't more than 700k depending on what codes were broken but be ready to free up 500k at least. Anyways When you want to do your drawings or survey you can lemme know.

Better go to benin Lagos done cast. Lagos only favours those into business or slightly if you have skills but too much competition and the expenses won't let you even plan well meanwhile in Benin complete rest of mind and less stress. So you won't die before your time

U think the hunger is pertaining to Nigeria alone, the UK now cost of living have risen by 200% and USA gas is almost unaffordable and all due to post covid and Russia crisis. Time will come that you will have the cash but no fuel to even buy meanwhile your friends with EV only need to pay a little for electricity and they are already cruising their ride.
In Norway EVs are automatically tax free and almost 70% of their cars are EVs.
