bro that format is almost as old as the invention of pc. Most of the guys who used it are already grandfathers..the format pay like mad but collecting payment then was very time taking. You could wait for two good months before ur money arrive...that was when nigeria still had dignity in the eyes of the world.i doubt if the format will still catch fly now self.

In a nut shell all he is trying to say is that federal govt should focus more on electricity. For me i dont see any need for them doing road here and there. They are only using that as a diversion to embezzle funds. Electricity is the major problem nigeria is facing. Not bad roads or crime. Ones there is steady power supply ,that will attract foreign investors and mostly increase employment which will in turn create more revenue for govt to do roads...the govt always act like they dont know what to do.
