How dull can you be. The OP stated that the TSA wasn't Buhari's idea, and we know the old man would not have been able to come up with that. Appreciate the fact that TSA was GEJ's idea. We still have GEJ to thank for so many good ideas this current administration is benefitting from. This is not to say that GEJ's administration was the best.

The harmonization of all payments by MDAs into a single account dates back to OBJ and predates GEJ as it wasn't entirely his idea.
The concern of every Nigerian has been the implementation which lack of has given room to various people siphoning government money to personal use and otherwise. It is best practice to ascertain how much money you have first before going on a spending spree and this hasn't been the case.
