Yes sport therapy rejuvenate your entire body, keeps the muscle healthier and stronger, but that's not enough we need to back it up with some other therapy to balance it up just like as I explained in the thread above. I will be teaching more on this soon mostly on the intake of some kind of food that kills the body though it taste palatable in the tongue and there food and fruit that taste palatable in the tongue but deadly in the body, stay tuned for the next teaching class...
