Thank you for your interest in visiting Canada. After careful review of your student permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.

benque: Hi guys, this is my first post and I'm glad to be here. There's this sense of hope you get when going thru this thread and I know I'll give my good news here too.
I got conditional offer to university of Windsor and I'm just trying to gather myself in the right way to apply for the SP. I'm still going thru the thread from beginning but please can someone address these specific issues for me.
1) I got transferred to Ghana in march, my company didn't provide us with proper work permits since it's just Ghana. Will this be an issue? 1)(a) Will I need to get a police extract from here too?
2) My uncle is going to be my sponsor, what documents can we tender to link us as uncle and nephew. 2)(a) What other documents does he need to show
God bless you as you answer. Look for your uncle documents like local government of origin that has the same surname with your father or go your local government to do LGA of origin for your uncle and your father. |

Teslimot01: Just to be sure pls, does it mean you are not supposed to get biometric correspondence letter before you get a medical request.. Biometric letter has to come first before medical, that is if you have not do upfront medical check up. |
