Don't pressure this CIC with webform or any message concerning your application, they hate you telling them what to do and how to do their Job. When you pressure them too much when your application deadline has not elapse, they have no option than to press the refusal BUTTON for you.
just Ignore them and continue your normal life.

Just want to say, I was really worried as all the documents I submitted for proof of financial ability were much and after managing to compress to 3.9MB, the documents didn't look to sharp, I thought that it would be an issue but I thank God, for favour. I will suggest if you are having same challenges as I did, you can use CamScanner on Android play store, I found out about it after submitting mine with poor resolutions.

Oga calm down. When did you submitted your application and when did you notice your eligibility review start? Upfront Medical exam updated to passed is not a guarantee of approval! Just relax and be faithful.
For your information CIC can still send you another medical request, by then u will upload your upfront medical report.

If you want to use an immigration Lawyer to pursuit your Study permit Application, make sure the lawyer is IRCC Authorised Representative, if the lawyer is an authorized Representative your chances of getting SP approve is high, because most of them certified by IRCC.
All study permit Applications made outside Canada from west Africa are handled by Nairobi Canada visa office, unless on few occasion, throughout 2019. Another Visa Office may handle SP by 2020.

Bros help yourself now by making sure u get this visa whether you are going to Germany or not. just get the visa and do yourself another favour by visiting canada with the visa and leave. this advise will help you in future should in case you want to visit Canada.

a neighbour applied for study permit via paper route in June 12 but got her passport back from vfs, no visa on the passport also there is no refusal letter either. She is confused as whether she was refused. She did upfront medical. She didn't get any msg from CIC in her email though she later discovered the email she supplied wasn't correct.
My question is, can this be a refusal?and why didn't CIC send the letter along with the parcel?

She has been denied Visa to Canada, inside the brown envelope there is a slip that contains information about CIC where they advise you to mail for more information.

I will advise her to link her application online maybe she will get the refusal letter through that place

In the passport request letter, it states that the passport should be recieved by IRCC within 30 days, does this mean I should submit the passport within 30 days to the vsf or it should arrive within 30 days at the Canadian embassy?

It means you have to submit your Original passport to VSF within 30 days. If not, your SP may be revoked

IRCC/CIC just finished updating their website from 6.30am to 10.30am Nigeria time. More results are going to start coming out very soon.
Let me remind everyone that is waiting for updates in their application that our applications is been handled by different Visa Officers. My Application might be allocated to a pastor who will like to check one passage of the bible before checking one attachment in my application. Yours may be allocated to a pregnant woman/Nursing mother who might want to breastfeeds her baby before checking your attachment. These and other factors might have resulted to delay in their decision making over our applications
Anyway if i am VO, i can treat one application carefully within 24hrs.

Whatever you are going to study doesn't matter if you can follow rules below
✅Have financial Resources in your home country
✅Have solid home ties
✅Have a good Letter of Explanation (Very important).
LOE is one of the most important document among other documents. Your LOE must be convincing to the extent that devil himself will know that you carry special anointing.
30millions naira in your personal account as POF may not save you if your LOE is poor.(VO's gcms note word: Vague).
Sally in Part 15 wrote something interesting about a good LOE. She talked about how she wrote her LOE, wow that was the best LOE pattern i will recommend for SP newbies.

If your application is refused based on Travel history! Please seek JR because there is no law in IRPA that says application should be refused based on travel history

Did you pay your first semester tuition ? The bank statement you submitted, does it cover 2nd semester tuitiin plus extra $10,000 CAD equivalent for living expensenses ?

The major reason was insufficient fund. Every other one is generic. I actually have enough funds to show in the application but my LOE was poor and I didn't connect any of the documents a submitted.
My personal SOA was 3m
Sponsor SOA's was 10m +10m and USD6K
When i was uploading POF i brought my documents first, which was almost 20 attached pages before my sponsor document.
Probably the VO made judgement based on the my SOA.
