Hello Fados Pls can you help me send $50 to a skrill account in exchange for naira or PayPal transfer. My account is funded but under verification so it's under lock. fados4sure: You can use your National Identity card to verify your identity & bank statement to verify your address
The last verification is done through the app of the phone why you take a selfie holding your identity card & opening your location.
I hope this help? |

Just wondering if the MRA between CIMA and CPA isnt only for CPA Australia? Does it also cover CPA Canada? hayor2014:

I have not found any concrete information for ICAN to CPA yet,am honestly looking for a way not to write any exam if possible, and still get the CPA. Right now, ICAN had direct affiliation with CIPFA UK though(no examination),and CIPFA gets you to CIMA,I think you will write 2 papers only to qualify, then you get CPA from CIMA ( there is MRA between CIMA and CPA). see what laziness has turned me into, looking for shortcut,up and down..

I qualified in 2000 I evaluated my ACA with Wes in 2015 and they said it was not equivalent of Canadian qualification but said it was 2 years professional study in accounting. Has anyone on here recently (as in 2017) successfully evaluated their ACA as equivalent of BSc? Issyman: Hi, pls can you give more details on this. What year did u qualify? What reasons did WES give you for not evaluating ur ICAN. Ur response is highly appreciated. |

It's all on the CIC site: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp
But...
(Please note that this info does not apply to the Federal Skilled Trades Program)
1) Determine your eligibility by doing this CIC quiz http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp
2) Get your language test(s) done. You must get at least CLB 7 in each of the four sections for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) or Canadian Experience Class (CEC) streams. But getting CLB 10 gives you maximum points for language.
How does CLB match back to the language tests? That info is here --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/language/charts.asp
3) Get your qualifications assessed by doing an Education Credential Assessment. Details here --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assessment.asp
4) Determine the code that best applies to you on the National Occupation Classification (NOC) list http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/noc.asp
The occupation must be NOC 0, A, or B for FSW or CEC.
5) When you have those in hand you create your express entry profile. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/profile.asp and register for the Job Bank http://www.jobbank.gc.ca/home-eng.do?lang=eng
You'll be given points based on your age, education, number of years work experience, and language skills. The points system is detailed here --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp
You'll be in a pool with thousands of other applicants http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/pool.asp
Of course, the more points you have the better. The max is 1200, with 600 of those points coming from your ability to snag a PNP or a job offer with a very hard to get Labour Market Impact Assessment http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/lmo-basics.asp
For CEC applicants, the max is 600 but someone who has no work experience in Canada who is only eligible for FSW can only get up to 520 points.
6) Finally, wait for your invitation to apply (ITA). But in the interim you will need to do the following:
a) Have your application fee (C$550 for principal applicant) and right of permanent resident fee (C$490 each for principal applicant and spouse) ready http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp
b) Identify how you will provide proof of funds http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp
c) check out what is required for the police certificates http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/information/security/police-cert/index.asp
d) find out how long it takes to get a date for the medical exam. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp
e) contact previous and current employers about them providing job letters. You must have at least 12 months of full-time, or an equal amount in part-time, skilled work experience. Full-time work means at least 30 hours of paid work per week. Work experience while you were a full-time student does not count.
f) research cities in the province(s) where you want to live |

I am in a similar dilemma and would like to appeal on the grounds of frequent traveller. I travelled 3 times last year. US, Turkey and Tanzania i submitted 3 passports (current and 2 expired passports) showing all my previous visas and travel stamps. @vicjustice please advise me, i still travelled to the US in Dec14 and came back in Jan15 (i travelled with my other sister to visit my last sister who resides in Florida), i don't understand why it's Norway i will now emigrate to. it isnt my 1st visit or 1st US visa either @royal1989 how did your appeal go? thank you Vicjustice: On what ground are you appealing the decision? royal1989: please i need your urgent reply; i was recently denial a norway vocational resident permit on the following grounds:
the directorate of immigration believes that the applicant does not have the necessary ties to his country of origin in order to be granted a permit.
the applicant comes from a country with great potential for emigration.reference is made to the economic and social conditions in the applicant's home country. further, the applicant is young, unmarried and without children.
the applicant has not documented a particular connection to norway.
please i plan to appeal the case but i do not know to go about this |

Ministerial Instructions respecting invitations to apply for permanent residence under the Express Entry system #13 – July 17, 2015
The Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to section 10.3 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, gives the annexed Ministerial Instructions Respecting Invitations to Apply for Permanent Residence under the Express Entry System (July 17, 2015).
Ottawa, July 17, 2015
CHRIS ALEXANDER Minister of Citizenship and Immigration
MINISTERIAL INSTRUCTIONS RESPECTING INVITATIONS TO APPLY FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE UNDER THE EXPRESS ENTRY SYSTEM (JULY 17, 2015)

To withdraw 25% you have to be out of job for at least 4 months. If this doesn't conflict with your work experience entry in the EE, it's a good idea to process the 25% to current account. Note that Processing time is about a month. Can those who say Pension funds cant be used for POF please enlighten us further mozo: Let's be honest, if you include your pension statement, it shows you have money in your pension account, but is the money 'readily available' to you?
It's just something they might ask.
You can withdraw your 25% and add to your personal account. And still include your pension account (which I think will show you have access to funds in future)
As usual, my two kobo. |

To transmit changes made, keep on clicking the continue button on the 1st page till the end. Save and exit will not transmit or submit your changes. Avoid clicking the withdraw profile button as well. Bcolah: Good evening house, Pls does in the EE pool, if one makes any update on one's EE profile, does one do the electronic signature stuff again and submit? I don't want it to go and resubmit my application all over again.

I don't have certification or license there either. I've been told that criteria applies to applicants based in Canada. If you have the minimum score 60, go ahead and attempt to submit your application, I'm hoping that it's still open. meta4: They talk about needing certification and licencing in the regulated field, licenced here or have to be licenced in Canada? i dont have the required number of years to get licenced here but i have over 1 year experience required in my prefered NOC as specified by CIC. i need clarification, i am NOC 2131. |
