Atiku does not really have the economic knowledge and capacity to deliver like Obi. Even as Vice President, Obasanjo, Okonjo Iweala and some other ministers then were the ones making economic and financial decisions. Atiku Abubakar is more of a liberal capitalist who ventured into business with Government resources like any other politician who looted from public office.

The Northerners who want Atiku only want him because he's from the North and want power to remain in the North, not because Atiku can successfully manage Nigeria's resources or because it will benefit them.

Atiku fought against the south south and he made them loose a second term presidency but surprisingly this people gave him the PDP ticket and are his biggest supporters today.

Even people like dokpesi who the APC which Atiku was part of victimised in 2015, almost shutting down his TV station is Atikus biggest supporter.

I will vote for Atiku over and over again. Is it his open market driven policy, his wealth of economic experience, his positive disposition to restructuring or his ability to spot talents you wanna talk about. He’s is a very good administrator. Ever since I read his manifesto in 2019, I have been hooked on his policies. The government of Obasanjo/Atiku gave us the best GDP growth rate ever since return of democracy, only second to Yaradua. He gets my vote any day any time!
