In everythig we do ,we must consider safety to our enviroment first and safety to our self .Countless number of life have been lost dueto road crash caused by using these '' kazeem surgically operated vehicle'',alot of incident of vehicle fire disaster caused by kazeem wrongly bridging the wiring system ,even the rich are not spared when it happens .what about the late minister that lost his life due to over inflated tyre .This what you get if you have society that refuse to set a standard and regulation of important sector like automobile .Instead the industry is dominated by illiterates that i cannot even trust my 2 year daughter toy car with .
Poverty mentality has clouded our thinking faculty !!!! Using this kazeem surgically operated vehicle is just a going for a suicide mission that any of its essential component can suffer failure anytime. And if you want to kill yourself cause of ignorance and poverty , must you also also take some innocent road user with you .
Anytime i am fixing an electrical issue on car ,there is nothing that is more fustrated than trying to correct an electrical issue that another kazeem has previosly done on car .More time and effort is done to undo all these 'rewiring' than even the actual failure on the car .
I still stand by it that very soon all these moving disaster cars will be taken off from all our roads to create a safer enviroment for others .

HonMusa, I understand that your viewpoint is actually coloured with huge safety concerns. Coming from an electrician, I think it's commendable but it's also important to point out that poverty mentality as you mentioned is not what most people want to be associated with but the present conditions have given them no choice. Any sane human would like to use a brand new vehicle, no body want to stick to unreliable cars being fixed by low cost Kazeem always but guess what? When life gives you lemon, you make lemonade outta it. That's the story of most Nigerians.

For us to have a standard and regulated society as you mentioned, is never the responsibility of the citizenry but the government. When the government provides enabling environment in terms of financial support etc, then other regulations can follow.

Using myself as an example, I have come to understand that when I have issues with my vehicle, it's usually better and cost effective to replace faulty spare parts. But not everyone can do that always. Fingers are not equal. Levels are not the same.

I'm still finding it difficult to believe someone actually typed this. This is one of the problems Nigeria face at the moment. Leaders that have no interest in how less privileged citizens live.
