alutacontinua: because most of the public transport mediums don't have a waste-bin in them. If the habit is to be curbed, we need to start from there. That is not enough excuse for the bad habit, though.even when this waste-bin are been provided hadly will you see any govt agent who were been paid to park this filled basket of dirty to where it belong. Again,alot of recyelable products are been waste as dirty that can be turned to a newly product. |
