OkijaAmaka: Yes you reason well, they should take concerts to outside Anambra, to places like Ebonyi, Ughelli, Warri, Benin, Agbor, Afikpo, Aba.
They have already captured Anambra Mkt, they should give their royal customers in other places the chance to feel the vibe like Startrek is doing.
They should move futher than Anambra, they need good marketing team.
Good observation That's hw I see it. Stay cool. |

To whom it may concern... This is to draw the attention of Hero management that We in Ebonyi state have chosen all Hero products from inspection even when Nigeria breweries tried to sabotage their supplies to other parts of the state yet we stand by their products and their dreams because we believe that this is our own products. So,if there's any fanfare, nightout,Hero trek(like star trek)Abakaliki should not being ignored. Chino bros take our message to the appropriate quarters. Thanks. |

OdenigboAroli: I really don't wanna delay this people's thread but there is a mindset an average Ebonyi man harbors. He is unnecessarily afraid and defensive. and I am sorry because I can't tell you why. These dumbos think somebody is trying to marginalize them,as if there was an incident like that in the past. Ebonyi people are scattered all over Anambra making money and earning a good living but we are not bothered. We accept them with open arms just like we did for Enugu and Imo but you can see how they pay us back . Ibeto should leave those insecure midgets alone! Guy keep shot. Come to Ebonyi state and see how Anambra people is also making a good living in all sectors and u dum.b ch.imp want to make a case out of it. Yes,we are poor with good heart and hopping dat tomorrow will be better. That's why Abakaliki is well planned even though it is still dirty compare to other high rising cities but not with ur Awka with so many tiny roads and dumps frm all angles. Who is caging you, you have been left off the hook since 91 yet your worst than being caged, your nothing but victims of your own creations and live in the conspiracies of your own identities. Noted. Your comments recks of ignorance with no substance, let me tell u nobody can cage us politically, economically and socially and no human being can define our future for us again. Today, ebonyi is growing astronomically in all spheres of life with help of all Nigerians(NdiIgbo inclusive) whether the media is reporting it or not ebonyi is developing like any other states. It is of recent that Ngige stopped Uba family from the sharing of Anambra state allocation,in fact so many alu happened in ur state which my own elites is copying.-the good & the ugly. Look, our door is open to everybody no matter ur state, that's why Ifeanyi Ike frm Adazi is our amiable commissioner for commerce and industry and I won't exchange him with anybody because he is doing well. Many Anambrans hold the strategic position in our state but can dat be said of ur state?. Many Anambrans sees other igbos as second class citizens even when he/she is a riff raff. Deep down my heart I truly LOVE Anambra state and its people. |

IGBOSON1: ^^^I really don't suffer fools gladly!
I've noticed Ebonyians like making these utterly divisive and baseless statements and accusations in relation to their fellow kinsfolk from other Igbos states! It smacks of suffering from a serious case of inferiority complex and childishness!! I remember watching focus Nigeria once during the past national conference, and there was a discussion on the possibility of returning to regionalism (whether having a 6 or 8 regional structure); i remember Max Gbanite saying that the proposal wouldn't fly even in the South East because the likes of Ebonyi were not in support of it......they said they 'didn't want to return to Egypt' as Max put it!
In many developmental indices one finds Ebonyi always letting the South East down, and one begins to wonder just what the fuc/k is their problem! They've been free from the likes of Anambra (who i suspect is the big bad Pharaoh they're referring to) since the creation of Anambra and Imo in 1976; and they've further been freed from the likes of Enugu since the creation of Enugu and Ebonyi in 1991; so just what the fuc/k is their problem!? One would have thought since they're now free from their 'oppressors' that they would have soared to greater heights in education, commerce, industrialization, sports, tourism, healthcare, entertainment, etc........and that Abakaliki would by now be an epitome of urban development and modernity!
If i -from Rivers state- can champion greater cohesiveness and cooperation among Igbo states and peoples, what then is Ebonyians excuse!? I suspect that if perchance Ebonyi had been cut off from the old East Central state like other Igbo groups were in the late 60s just to weaken the larger Igbo nation......if this had happened, by now we'd have been hearing Ebonyians singing from the same hymn sheet with the likes of Ikwerre and Ogba, saying that they're not Igbos.....have nothing in common with Ndigbo.....and that Ndigbo just want their oyel and limestones and they need to fuc/k off and leave Ebonyi alone!! Always looking for any avenue to denigrate ebonyi state and its people from any post Ebonyi were mentioned. Anyway,u are alone ranger here because no body is going to buy this dust u are yarning here rather take ur frustration to the nearest Chinese transformer for easy electrocution. |

networkrecharg: A very poor man lived with his wife. One day, his wife, who had very long hair asked him to buy her a comb for her hair to grow well and to be well-groomed.
The man felt very sorry and said no. He explained that he did not even have enough money to fix the strap of his watch he had just broken.
She did not insist on her request.
The man went to work and passed by a watch shop, sold his damaged watch at a low price and went to buy a comb for his wife. He came home in the evening with the comb in his hand ready to give to his wife.
He was surprised when he saw his wife with a very short hair cut. She had sold her hair and was holding a new watch band.
Tears flowed simultaneously from their eyes, not for the futility of their actions, but for the reciprocity of their love.
Moral of the story: To love is nothing, to be loved is something but to love and to be loved by the one you love, that is everything. Chai! this is TRUE love, having each other at the back of their mind always. |

EbubeGid: nice write up. but Op you should check your use of the word 'SS' in 'the problem with Russia'... SS are the secret police of germany that does dirty deals behind the front. The german army that fights the war are called wehrmacht. the ss and wehrmacht are too different bodies; one was for fighting the actual war at the front, while the other has the duty of cleansing, killing, massacring (unwanted elements) people in conquered territory. SS activities are used also to show the level of atrocities the germans committed against jews and pows. Using ss instead of wehrmacht could confuse known history thanks. You are right.SS is a killer squad of the German army. Exactly what Abacha is doing with al Mustapha then. History dey sweet oo. |
